6. Well, rather the combination of two paragon choices

A) If Shep doesn't finish off the (h)armless LOKI mech afetr overriding the lockdown of the volcano power station during the Overlord mission on Aite, this mech will wander off aimlessly and will eventually bump into one of the "harmless herbivores", native to the planet. The animal will fall down a cliff and die.

B) If Shepard persuades Corporal Toombs in ME1 not to shoot the Cerberus scientist who tortured Toombs on Akuze, Cerberus will recover the man and the equipment and reassign them to the Overlord project on Aite. However, they do not realize, they brought a stowaway with them from Ontaron: a shifty looking cow.

A+B) Under normal circumstances, on Aite, the shifty looking cow would have fallen in love with the native harmless herbivore, however, because of Shepards negligence concerning the mech, this union will never happen. Having nothing else to do, the shifty looking cow will steal all the leftover Overlord research data from the Atlas base and eventually create a cow-A.I. hybrid, that steals all money from everyone who is not looking via the extranet.
Facing economical disaster, the galaxy has absolutely no time to concentrate on the upcoming reaper threat and organic life as we know it will be destroyed forever ... just one species will be found worthy to be transcended into reaper form ... a species of formerly harmless herbivores

You sir, are my hero.

And you made me laugh so hard I fell out of my chair.

2. The asari on Ilium moves to Tuchanka with her krogan boyfriend and eventually gets harassed and assaulted by a very traumatized Urdnot scout who happened to be set free by Shepard. This starts a blood war between the asari's boyfriend and the urdnot scout. The asari buys a bomb to put into the Urdnot scout's home but the bomb gets lost and transported instead into Maelon's unknowing possession, Maelon being alive after Shepard lets him go. Maelon travels to the Salarian homeworld, where the council is on a delegation. The bomb explodes at this point, killing important members of the council. Khalisah Al Jilani, having not been punched and having not learned her lesson, decides to write a conspiracy story about Maelon planning to assassinate Turian and Asari members of the council. This sparks civil unrest and eventually civil war between the council races. Meanwhile, the Batarian who was saved from Omega during the plague has taken with him trace amounts of the plague, and he presents this to the Batarian hegemony. The Batarians create a new strain of the plague that affects all races but Batarians, and manage to inject it into the Citadel, among the political tension unnoticed. The plague decimates the other races and the Batarians seize power and create a totalitarian state of Batarian supremacy and enslavement of all other species. On a side note, Elnora decides to kill Shepard after he lets her go so he can't do anything about the grand scheme of things at any rate.

...and that is all.

Also, #6 was pretty damn epic. Respect.

:o, thanks for the compliments everyone! These scenarios are all absolutely hilarious. I think BW should seriously consider putting some easter-eggs into ME3. So when an unlikely combination of 5-10 choices occurred in one imported save something completely unexpected (and of course funny) should happen (and maybe explained by the codex voice in a short flashback video). Put a few of those in the game and the fans will spend ages coming up with all of them. That would really be great (and it's a one time opportunity for ME3 with all ******'s savegame imports).
Anyway, looking forward to #1!:)

1. When Shepard tells the Krogan the truth about no fish on the Praesidium, the Krogan Sushi lover refuses to believe and decides to break in. Jumping into the Citadel lake, the Krogan gets into a firefight with C-SEC, a stray bullet killing Anderson. Besides contaminating Citadel water supplies and prompting both a outbreak of disease and political retaliations against the Krogan, Anderson's death means Shepard loses critical support for the war against the Reapers.

And, the counterpart to this thread...

10. Shepard kills the batarians holding Daniel as hostage. Daniel freaks out and runs crying to Mordin. Mordin laughs at his noob face. Daniel bottles up his rage and concocts a new version of the plague, wiping out the remaining inhabitants of the slum. Aria freaks out herself and orders the slums to be burned to the ground. No one escapes. Except Daniel, who promptly spread the virulent virus outside the contaminated district. Widespread panic ensues. All the gangs bolt out of Omega. Aria sees no way out and flies off to unknown territories. The Council gets wind of the disaster and order the Fleet to incinerate Omega. Then the turians orbit-bombs the asteroid. Omega ceases to exist. Galactic lanscape changes....

7. Not giving that Salarian his Family DNA information causes a mass extinction for the Salarians since without his family, the Salarian race is effectively interbreeding within the same family or with a family that has already been tapped.

5. Killing the asari scientist Rana-- either in ME while she's helping Saren or in ME2 while she's helping Okeer-- means she won't live long enough to invent the Reaper-proof protective coating that can be purchased for the reasonable price of ten thousand credits per spray can and applied to all squishy flesh-based lifeforms to grant 97.8% immunity against Reaper apocalypse.

Of course, letting her live does mean that the entire plot of ME3 will consist of side missions in which Shepard procures and ships containers of Reaper-proof protective coating...

My sick sense of humor says "yes, it would." More so if a good 10 hours of game play consisted of scanning planets to see how much of a given planet's population still needed to be sprayed.

4. Not recruiting/not keeping Tali alive through Mass Effect 2 means that in Mass Effect 3, she wont be able to use that dagger strapped to her boot since the first game which she is destined to plunge in the heart of the Leader-Reaper who once dying, automatically self-destructs all other reapers.

3. The tattoo on Mordin's forehead turns out to be a link with Harbinger, with which he tries many times to control the salarian by luring him with promises and rewards. The good doctor keeps resisting...

Until Shepard let's him kill Maelon. Mordin secretly turns to the dark side and accepts Harbinger's control.

7. there are far better options, and everyone is fully aware of it (except Shepard, for some odd reason)
