Lucy, time to learn you an English lesson.

Their - Plural Possessive.
      Example: That dog belongs to that family, the Johnsons. = That dog is their dog.

They're - Conjugation of "they" and "are"
      They are vorcha, is that not reason enough. = They're vorcha, is that not reason enough.

There - reference to a place
The store is two blocks east = The store is there *points east*

Sorry, I'm big on grammar.

See, this is why "grammar lesson" posts are just a bad idea: inevitably, someone will come along and notice that you, say, wrote "conjugation" instead of "contraction".
