I have a localized version and may give wrong titles in English, but I hope the main idea will be clear. When I go to Shepard's profile, there are hero and apostate indcators. I have received some points, but the indicators are not showing any of those. Is this a bug or they will be showing after more points?

I assume you're talking about Paragon/Renegade bars. Those take a lot of points to fill, so if you're starting a brand new ME2 game (not ME1 save import) they are probably just too small to see.
If you have import bonus from ME1 (up to 190 points each), you should see the bar filled to about 15%.
Also note that there is a "class skill" (near the bottom) that gives a multiplier to those points. It's kinda important to max out as soon as possible if you want to have the special dialogue options available.
