Okay, this is my first thread on this forum, and I looked around and
couldn't find a similar thread so please forgive me if this is double
posted or I posted it in the wrong area! :D

I
was just wondering, my first playthrough of ME2 I got a little excited
and was in such a rush to complete the main quest I basically finished
the game without doing many side quests (aside from the loyalty
missions).

I was just wondering, if I complete the side quests
and DLCs AFTER the final main quest mission, will the choices I make be
saved in my portable save game? I dunno if I'm being confusing, but I don't
want to play all these side quests and DLCs and then have the file I plan on
importing to Mass Effect 3 not contain the results of the missions because the file you can import has technically already been created at the end of the main mission *catches breath*. I haven't played my first file since I beat the main quest, so I was wondering if when I download all the DLCs, if I should play them BEFORE the final mission or if it's okay to play after to have my decisions logged in the save file I plan on importing to ME3.

I hope that made sense...

Same there! I was wondering about that too, because I'm kinda running out of stuff to do in the game.. I'm mostly wondering about the DLC stuff, because most of the DLC probably only came out after most people had already beaten the game.. (except for the ones who replay it over and over agian)

And I'm starting to get a little interested in the Kasumi/Overlord DLC... and with Shadow Broker only coming out someday.. I really wouldn't wanna have to make a special save right before the final mission only so that I can go back to it and re-use it for all this DLC.. :/

Me too! I'm on my second play through and I'm holding off finishing the game for that reason. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one wondering about this. It's just the way that the imported saves were created in ME1 kinda made me think that you have to beat the game before getting the portable save.

LOL, I don't know why my first post formatted itself like that. 0.0
