Ok, im playing, killed the reaver, and then when shepard jumps for the shuttle my screen goes black. I can alt tab out and close the program, but wile im in the program i can still hear stuff going on. No video plays. Can someone plz tell me what is going on?

Also, i got past this once, but as soon as the normandy makes a jump, it says critical mission failure despite me being on board the ship.

Anyone help me?
