There was nothing scary about those things.

But you're killing spiders, wouldn't you feel awesome after making the spider population to near-extinction?

People were scared enough that they had to release a mod for PC users that made the spiders into bears instead. Bears in the Deep Roads, Bears in the ruins and Bears in the spider-web infested forest.

Well. My Warden is already a gung ho badass that makes the game unchallenging, even on solo-nightmare.

Not laughing at peoples fears, but that is a freaking hilarious mental image.

Which is funny because the bear model was terrible. Like a peanut with feet.

Of course, once you know enough about the game that you can solo it on nightmare it's not very challenging anymore, but I mean the first playthrough level of challenge. I found it pretty difficult on normal on my first playthrough of DAO, anyway. I'm hoping it will remain this challenging.

I haven't used it but I can just imagine walking in the Deep Roads and seeing three bears coming down from the ceiling with a spiderweb coming out of it's tail.

That's my fear. Not 1 single complaint about Madden 10 was addressed, instead we got
Doritos CRUNCH TIME play of the game
and
Old Spice SWAGGER statistical rating.
Imagine a world where stats in DA2 are SPONSORED by advertisers, or just look at Madden and you will see the future of gaming.

The Cheetos Fantasia Barino Angle Crop hairstyle for $.99 DLC
The Jersey Shore brand Situation crop and ****** hairstyle for $.99 DLC
The Miley Cyrus Wig hairstyle for $.49 DLC

No longer choosing race because of VOs (2 for each). I mean, they say there is a plot reason a dwarf or elf can´t be Champion of Kirkwall, but a mage can? Is the attitude towards them so different in the Free Marches? I would have liked Hawke being a possible origin, not just the only one.
You and me both. But I guess that fears already over since its true.
I'm also scared it'll be short. Then again what can we do?

Overall there's no one else i'd trust more to make a good RPG. I'll list a few things that i'd be a dissapointed about, though:
-Lack of cameos/information on what happened to the characters & world from Origins, especially your companions.
-Being too short. I really hope with a storyline spanning 10 years and with having to do a bit less for character development with the camp dialogue being removed, Bioware will make up for it by making the main storyline longer. Length adds to epicness. Look at the Lord of the Rings movies for a fine example - when I completed Mass Effect 2 in 22 hours, I ooed'd and aah'd at the ending cinematics, then thought "Wait, that's it?". When I finished Origins in 50 hours, I felt alot more fufilled at the end, even though it didn't have a really awesome ending cinematic like ME2 did.
-Too few companions. Bioware has said there will be at least 2 per class, but that's still only 6. I hope they don't go for the bare minimum of what they stated.

You just turned my opinion on this mod around. Now it sounds awesome.

I understand you. I can't say I would go far I say I have arachnophobia, but I do fear spiders. A lot. I don't really like Deep Roads part because of that
