Anyway, what're the odds we're gonna see open relationships? Like multiple partners and what not. I'm hoping whatever romance options are available they're complicated and messy involving mistresses, bitter spouses and several brothels. I happen to like my Maury Povich. 

Don't get me wrong, I loved the Grand Oak. He was hands down my fav NPC in Origins.

Depends. Origins Oghren is tolerable while Awakening Oghren whines too much.

I know right? In Origins I just wanna lug him everywhere and in Awakening it was like "Dude! What's with the disapproval points?! I only said the pants would lay eggs in your eye sockets, that's all." Damn i loved that convo. If only he did not disapprove.

Did everyone notice how long it took between Bethany's existance being revealed and a flat denial that she would be a romance option for Hawke? I think it was before anyone could even ask! It was practically in the same breath. And it was probably to prevent threads like this.

But to actually answer your question, it would disgust or horrify rather a lot of people. Right or not, sociatially it's only a few steps above cannibalism on the "list of things not culturally acceptable."
