That's "copy-paste the stuff from someone else's post, then put the [ quote] and [ /quote] tags (without the space) on either side of it. But if you do it that way, you won't get the "So-and-so wrote..." part.Dhiro wrote...
... or put the sentence between [ quote] tags. (without the space)
So as Dhiro said earlier, hit the "Quote" link (by the little green button) at the top of any post. That'll open a reply window with the "quoted" piece already inserted.

I know, right? Can be light and playful...or so menacing you want to throw yourself on your hands and knees and...beg his forgiveness...

And yes, Thandal is right, if you don't hit quote other people can have problems knowing who write the post. Why I feel I messed more than ten english rules in this post alone?

Cary Elwes, if you've played The Bard's Tale (2004) he's the guy who played the Bard. While he doesn't have the American accent, Varric was born a surfacer and people tend to gain accents from their surroundings and it wouldn't be surprising if he had an accent.
Nick Frost, he's pretty renown for a lot of things but I know him more as Ed in Shaun of the Dead. Once again though, he doesn't have an American accent though.

If Gideon Emery voice was a little more... let's say... mature? I think it would fit Varric. I don't know, I just like Balthier's voice.
Oh hell yes. Too bad he is also British.

It's been a while since I've seen it, but I think his character in Twister was an American. I don't remember his performance much, but then again I don't remember thinking "what a bad American accent" either.Dave of Canada wrote...

And you know.. James Marsters can totally do the smug thing. Plus his non-British (ie: non-Spike) voice is really dreamy. And he'd be into it as well, very passionate guy. And cute. And.. *goes off to watch Buffy episodes*
Yeah all that and dude can act! Maybe in a future Bioware title.

Hm... I'm the only one that can't picture Varric fighting? I mean, his clothes look so expensive. I can't picture him with a bow or daggers or a sword, either. Maybe he fight with his mighty chest hair?
He can sure do that. I remember what happened to Dave in the first thread, hehe
