James Marsters was on the Hawaii Five-O season premiere recently (seeing as I live in Hawaii, of course I watched it!!!). He was using an Irish accent. Well, I liked it anyway, but I don't know about everyone else.

Yep I watched that. His real accent is American though. 

@Pseudo: I think that pic came from the screen behind Mike before we saw the trailer for the first time so no. Either that or someone capped it from the demo which we also couldn't hear.

Probably. Lots of people talked about Hawke's Nutellicious voice, but not a word about Varric's.

Those of us who played the demo heard Varric's voice. It wasn't really very distinctive or unique, though, so I can't really guess at an actor. It sounded like what we'd expect from a Dwarf, really. Moderately deep and somewhat gruff...nothing extreme.

It definitely wasn't Michael Cera.

Edit: I wonder if Varric's VA was in one of the previous Bioware games.

Hmmm... it's possible. With the search for the Hawke's VA I guess nobody paid attention to other characters VA. Bethany can go mute for all some people care
