This might get me slightly mauled, but I could really care less on how  Varric looks...Im on "Team Varric" (sigh, can't believe Im using a damn Twilight reference) primarily because of the writing/personality

Well actually if you take the first thread into account we're already up to 264 pages of Varric.

I'm glad to hear that Brian Bloom is voicing Varric. Leske was easily my favourite character from the DC origin.

Absolutely.  Out of all the secondary characters throughout the origins, Leske was easily my favourite.  Don't know who did the primary writing for that origin, but it really was the best of the six (followed by the Dwarven Noble origin)

I understand why people are pissed off about not having any options with race (particularly after origins), but I really hope that we get a lot more time with Dwarves.  Kind of disappointed that only 5% of players played a Dwarf (according to David Gaider, Canada Dave can correct me if Im wrong) and never really understood the elf-love

Heh I get that Bioware aren't suddenly obliged to post official versions of leaked material, but I was mostly speculating that the marketing departement wouldn't leave it long to release some stuff once the game started demo-ing at events where recording isn't as strictly prohibited and such, that they would have planned to release new info within the next month or so anyway kinda thing.
