I would have paid Bioware under the table so much money for an option to have said - word for word, "Hey as shole, you lost."

Everyone can talk down to the player in Origins. Even the ****ing quiet mages can talk down to the player. Hopefully with the new VO system, we'll be able to shut people down like in Mass Effect... Varric can't tell a story about a cool dude/dudette who can't hold their own in an argument afterall.

much better if we had a book of the ancient elves depicting the worst part of their society, full of backstabbing, trickery, and other fun stuff:devil: just to read aloud in front of him...like rubbing salt in an open wound.
