Her hair was originally black. Dealing with Varric for five seconds gave her completely grey hair.

Coming from someone who has had their hands on more models of either gender then you've probably had hot dinners (not in that way you pervs, I worked as a dresser backstage for shows during LFW and for my own/friends/professional shoots and such) I can confirm that the body ideal for both men and women is hairless.

Varric is hot regardless, naturally.

Beauty is subject to change. The ideal now might not be the same in five years, however. I predict more Varrics and bears, imo. 

On the subject of models; the "beautiful" ones that get the work for both catwalk abd print are the ones that: a) turn up on time (no one likes late models) and personality, or at least can fake a reasonably good impression.

Pretty faces are dime a dozen, imo. The ones that stand are the ones that got the cajones that go with it.
