I know. The worst part of being a refugee fleeing from the Blight? Your mother totally fails to save your stuff. Also, if you're me, you get Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers' "Refugee" stuck in your head for hours and hours after you get to Kirkwall.

Now you can drool over Varric together! Drooling over the same characters is always a fun passtime in a relationship. (It is, trust me).

I leave for 2 days and suddenly there's a new trailer, Varric is confirmed as stone cold fox and he has an awesome crossbow named Bianca. I guess this part-confirms him as the 'ranged rogue', which is unexpected, but welcome. What do you bet that he's Shadow spec? It seems to fit with his shady lifestyle.

Haha, he had to put up with my fangirlish drooling over Alistair/Zevran/Teagan/you name it in DA:O, so it is nice that we can finally share in the squeeing over Ser Tethras here.

But I wouldn't be surprised in the least if he was Shadow spec. It fits him better than many of the other rogue specs, though I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to completely revamp the whole spec system either.

It's already Thursday in my part of the world, ThinkTankers, so I'm posting a rough drawing for today's Draw Varric.

So, rivalry path...wanted to draw something about that, so here we have Lady H and Varric obviously arguing over something, with Carver H exhibiting some distress. What could they ever be rowing about? Her stolen Cheese? Varric's affront at having Bianca called a mere 'thing'?

Feel free to come up with a story behind this. I'm overdue for bed, so nini!

Hawke:  "I can't believe you Varric.  You just bought a new trigger guard for Bianca yesterday, and now you want to get a new shoulder strap?!"

Varric:  "Its a good deal.  I like good deals."

Carver:  "Where's my wallet?!"

LOL, but trust me, you want a modeler with an imagination. It's impossible to draw in 2D everything the way you want it to be in 3D. Modelers are artists themselves, and in my experience it's FAR better for them to get the spirit of your drawing than exactly what you drew x_x
