Going back to what Mary Kirby said (it got deleted) about Varric being a heartbreaker, does anyone besides me remember that interview with David Gaider, I think it was at PAX, where he said there would be one person in DA2 who would intentionally hurt Hawke, and another person who doesn't want to hurt Hawke, but ultimately will in the end? It was something like that. Could it be Varric related, based on what we know so far?

The Raiden figure is totally awesome but he was so damn expensive.



BUT BACK TO VARRICTALK. I hope they make a Varric figure and it's better quality than the DAO ones because I'd be all over that.

I don't remember him saying that, did he? Intriguing. It absolutely could be related! I'd like to think Varric would be the latter if he was either of them. I could see him being the former based on his motives though.

@Anarya: That game completely changed how I draw and design. It was that profound, for me. Incredible game. I am so excited for Rising. I think more Raiden will cause me to OD, but flasdkfjlasdfk. Metal Gear. Alright we're off topic Xd

I would buy ten Varric figures if they were actually good quality. They need to bring mini-Biancas though. I want a mini Varric army at my defense.

Varric deserves to be sculpted only by the best, lest he reach out with his chest hair and slap them.

And, it made me think of something.... Hawke's family. We didn't have to deal with this when we played the Warden, but... You know how it is when you bring a "friend" home, and later on you hear about how your family either likes them or doesn't like them? Your mother approves or disapproves? Do you suppose we could have some of that going on in DA2, with Mother Hawke, Bethany and Carver? I can see it now...



Mother Hawke: Darling, why a dwarf? You know, if you end up getting pregnant, your child, my grandchild will be small and lumpy, don't you? Dear, please reconsider.



Lady Hawke: Mother! I can't believe you'd say something like tha-



Bethany: What I want to know is, how can he reach? I mean, he only comes up to your chest, right? So how would you fit together, you know...

Why thank you, your taste is equally excellent (Snake Eater is still my favourite MGS incidentally). That said I think all of us Varric fans must have good taste.

Edit: How did I miss new Aimo art! Love Isabela's 'almost' jazz hands hehe. The mental image of them dancing around is just too good, for some reason my first mental image of it was something like the dancing from this.
