This is pure class, maybe swap the playing card for a DA2 box?, although the perspective may make Varric look like a giant dwarf.

A thought just occured to me. There has been a lot of focus on how DA2 will be quite dark, but what's a Bioware game without humour? Combine this with Varric's exaggerations and you have fried gold. Therefore I respectfully request a Varric Exaggeration where he has the whole party (replete with Darkspawn or Qunari chorus line) singing and dancing in the style of a musical. It would be like that one Buffy episode.



Even if it only lasted 30 seconds before Cassandra hit him with the nearest blunt instrument to hand it would be totally worth it.



Varric: ...And then we all burst into song, *looks up and grins at Cass* it was quite spectacular you know.

Cassandra: Okay and then what happe- wait what!? Varrrrric!

I already have a feeling that I'm going to absolutely LOVE Varric's scenes with Cassandra. Every time I read about them, I start laughing. He really is going to make her life a living hell, and it's going to be glorious.

I liked Varric. I mean, if you look in the right way he just need a darker beard? (Also, is just me or M!Hawke beard is different from the first print?)

The sideproject. It shouldn't have taken this long but I didn't know how to do animations and such, had to experiment a lot with Photoshop to finally understand.

I dunno if you guys have read it (or read about it in the group; thank you to Apollo for pointing it out :3), but in a recent Gamespot article, there was a great slice of Varric-y goodness.

"But fast-forward to the end of the demo, and you see Cassandra confront Varick, asking him if that’s how things really went. Varick flashes a coy smile and then offers to tell her the version of the story that--one would hope--more closely resembles the truth."

Gaider explains that your personality is based off what choice you pick. If you always pick sarcastic options, you'd be sarcastic. Regardless of good or evil.
