Still working my way through the 10+ pages I missed by staying off the internet for 1 day (at least there goes my fear that another thread would eventually overtake this one Now with respect to analogies to Star War characters:

Light side/Paragon/Good Guy Playthrough (Male)

Hawke = Luke; Bethany = Leia; Mama = Padme (oh, I lost my will to live!); Carver = Chewie; Varric = Han; Flemeth = Qui-Gon; Isabela = Lando

Dark Side/Renegade/Bad Guy playthrough (Male)

Hawke = Grand Moff Tarkin; Varric = Vader; Flemeth = Palpatine; Isabela = Boba Fett (badass bounty hunter, not creepy kid version); Carver =Rancor; Bethany = Darth Maul;

Ahhhhhhhh...sweet, sweet Bianca.  I think I was one of the only ones advocating that he use a crossbow over dual daggers.  You'd be surprised at how difficult it is to get blood out of that Jacket.

If I had any skills at drawing or photoshopping or anything but typing, I'd do a picture of Varric and Bianca with the caption "Varric shot first!"

Why thank ya. Uhm, that's a hard question. I don't think this one in particular took all that long to make, though I couldn't tell you exactly how long because I wasn't really keeping track. However this is my third or so attempt at making a dwarf face I actually like. The others all had something off about them to my eye, sooo if you count failed attempts then this one took several hours.

I make my fair share of wonky or ugly wardens (and bad screenshots), you guys just never get to see them.

A perfectionist huh? Well it explains why your various wardens always look freakin' awesome.  Wish I had the patience to make some that good!

I'm only a perfectionist about a few select things. And I reeeally like messing around with character creators in any game that has them! Though I do my faces in the toolset nowadays.

I'm tickled pink to see all the dwarf avatars in here. At the beginning of the year, it was rare to see dwarven avatars so whenever I saw one, I would save it in a folder on my desktop because I liked seeing how different everyone's dwarves were. (Alas, I reformatted my computer so I no longer have the folder!)



I'm giving my human avatar a chance so I can prepare myself for playing a human in DA2 after months and months of only playing dwarves so I will just link the avatars of my top Aeducan and my top Brosca.

Yeah I spend hours creating a character when a game with a decent cc comes out. Ohhh the toolset *is jealous* if only my pc could run Origins.

Just finished DA:O with my F!Brosca. I almost cried just thinking of having Alistair mad at me. I had to think Varric thoughts in order get through the self-inflicted sad. At least Natia had Leliana to help her feel better.
This also means Quinn will become my avatar soon. Bye dwarf avi... At least you'll be Paragoning it up in Orzammar with your family.

@Neesee, Congrats on finishing another playthrough! It always feels like a huge accomplishment even when you've done it before. I freaking did cry when I played my ****y Aeducan character. I wanted to recruit Loghain and catch all that dialogue (had just bought Return to Ostagar) but I didn't realise just how much of a back-stabbing bastard I was going to have to be to pull that off. Good thing she wasn't in a romantic relationship with Alistair or it would have been worse. Great voice-acting on Steve's part though, even if I felt like the scum of the earth.

Never felt more guilty in my gaming life though, made Loghain kill the Archdemon and forced a political marriage for Fereldan's throne. What did Lady Aeducan care, she was kinda annoyed that she didn't get to be Queen of Orzammar so she was out to ruin everyone else's lives too. Ah, how I struggle to play non-lawful good types.

@Gilsa, Your avatars are amazingly beautiful and attractive.

Good is just... Eh. Most protagonists are good. And most of the ones that aren't are evil. It's nice to have characters with a "Whatever" attitude.

Reminds me of my idea for a DA2 module (if the toolset update is ever released):

- "Good" choice
- "Bad" choice
- "**** off, leave me alone, *****" choice

You'd be surprise which one will get you places...

its like my computer doesn't WANT me to do another playthrough -.- I can never get anywhere! Five minutes of playtime and it overheats and just dies on me D:

Uh oh... I had hoped my other Brosca would upload but all I'm getting is the name... I have three like that, of different characters, plus a few of my other non-dwarf characters. Any ideas on why, or how to fix it?
