Yes.
You sir, have the most EPIC Richard avatar ever, and I love you for it<3

look at this village, what does it hold? Should I butcher them with fire or cold?

Ah, Richard. He would get on rather well with Morrigan, I imagine. Hey, maybe even Varric:happy: ...best crossover ever.

Nothing defends against her wench stealing prowess. She has the most common superpower. It trumps everything, even logic.

Why, thank you very much <3
And also, I can imagine Richard in the party, agreeing with Morrigan and torturing Alistair.
That would be the best crossover ever.

@NFTM Gorgeous purple brand! I still go for really black on my own Brosca ^^

Anyone knows if there are body tattoos in DA2? Because every time I hear Zevran and Alistair talk about his tattoos and when you strip Zev and see the default nude, it's disappointing.

Ooh anybody wants Varric with ink??? XP

You know, while I dunno about Hawke. Given the way they are handling companions with clothing, bodies, faces, etc. I could see there being body tattoos for the companions.

Bleh, Twitter. And Bleh! Facebook! Although I may make an account just so I can play Legends. *sigh* I'm too addicted to Dragon Age.

...why do I feel as if I am missing out on something?

Legends is the new version of Dragon Age Journeys that is being planned for Facebook; there's a forum post thingy about it in the DA 2 announcement section.

I want Isabela to have a few "hidden" tattoos. Find them all!

In the fantasy version of Bioware in my head, there is an unspoken game of one-upmanship among the concept artists to design the most awesome companion tattoo. After Jack, it can only get more epic from there.

I'm curious... I was reading an article on GreyWardens.com about Star-Crossed Lovers, and it mentioned that throughout the Dragon Age series (Dragon Age, Awakenings, Witch Hunt) there is a rift growing between the Circle and the Chantry, with the Circle debating whether or not to split from the Chantry altogether. Now, with Bethany being an apostate mage, Mama Hawke being related to Mage Amell, and the Staff of Parlathan, Oh, and the possibility that our Hawke, if a mage, can be a Bloodmage... I'm thinking this is going to be a HUGE thing in DA2. So, when Varric is telling Cassy about Hawke, who is now the Champion of Kirkwall, what is it in relation to? We know the Qunari are invading. The Qunari invade and try to convert people to the Qun. Or, is it that the Circle is splitting away from the Chantry, and therefore all mages will become apostates? My brain is going nuts, here. Somebody pick up the ball and run with it.

Y'know this is pretty much what I have been assuming is the case from day one. ;)

The Qunari thing is just going to be a part of it, it seems obvious to me that the real threat this time is a circle/chantry split along with Flemeth's manipulations. The Destiny trailer hinted at it in the flashbacks as well. I have a feeling it could lead into a Dragon Age 3 or expansion/DLC though...

Another hint about the potential Circle/Chantry split is Wynne in Awakening and all that talk about the college of magi meeting up in Cumberland.. which isn't terribly far away from Kirkwall, now that I think of it. I hope there's a bit more going on though, will be interesting to see how the qunari factor into things.

And to tie it to Varric.. I wonder what motivates Varric to join up with Hawke?

Considering Varric is the narrator, i believe he will support whatever Hawke decides. Whenever its helping the Chantry, Qunari (yes i really wanna think you can assist them!) or the Apostate mages, the Varric family is out there looking for a bigger profit and siding with the winning team. :)

I hope we get some paraphrased Han Solo quotes when meeting Varric for the first time. Except.. Isabela is Han.. hmm..

I keep picturing the first meeting with Varric is in a cantina with him sitting at a table, with his feet propped up on it, shining Bianca's glorious wood casing with one hand and holding his goblet in the other. One of the wenches walks over, pours him another drink, he kisses her on the cheek and whispers something seductively into her ear and then Hawke approaches and he sends the wench away (much to Isabela's glee, she's waiting by the bar but is in the background so Hawke doesn't really notice her presence). Then Varric opens up with,

"What do you need, kid?" or some flirtatious line that I am not witty enough to think of at the moment.

Isabela channeling Han threw off my Varric Predictive Capabilities as well. There can only be one dashing rogue. Unless there are two. So I fear that we may be way off the mark in some areas...

I've always thought of Isabela and Varric in these terms...  Varric:Han Solo :: Isabela:Lando Calrissian

Except in terms of clothing: Varric is impeccably dressed (casual, but impeccable) a la Lando, while Isabela strikes me as distinctly scruffier and ungroomed (in a sexy way, of course), a la Han. No?
