On a completely unrelated note to the conquest of the Bioware offices, what do you think Varric's idea of a first 'date' for a Hawke would be? I'm thinking candlelit dinner, and a discount at any store syndicates (an ACTUAL discount: are you listening Bodahn? ARE YOU?!)

The only way to win this battle it's using the mighty chest hair, the Broodmother-shaped cookies and a bottle of rum. Then we'll have Kirby, Gaider and Laidlaw at our side. Just then, maybe, we'll win against Spoony Chris.
I just pictured the most glorius fanart ever. A nug, a dinosaur, and Jack Sparrow engaging Edward Chris von Muir in combat.
Sounds like the start of a bad joke...."A nug, a dinosaur, and Jack Sparrow walk into a bar...."

Not seeing a damage modifier in there. Advantage: BioWare.Elrena wrote...
And we have...we have...VARRIC PLUSHIES (as well as pillows, chias and a vertiable portfolio of fanart)
I'd like to take this moment to say that I'm completely happy and content with Isabela as a love interest, and if BioWare didn't want to reveal any other love interests for *months*...
Well, they know what's best!

Isabela is nice and all but I want a male LI reveal! I'm just not into the ladies that way.
Ok so I admit I did the f/f Leliana romance but still!

Since he knows everyone worth knowing in Kirkwall, he'd go to what he knows is the best restaurant in town and attempt impress Lady Hawke with his connections. Then he would play jazz flute.

That said, I'm ok with the announcements so far. Isabela looks awesome. But confirmation on Varric's status would be the icing on the cake.

Okay, BioWare's knows best, but telling you about one male love interest would be nice.

That was adorable. I was like "I am now a puddle of warm, happy goo. This is Maria with no bones because you have turned her to goo."

Hay guys. Just woke up, so feeling very hjghafgvyhkefg atm. So if I knock into pillars or write in odd structures...yeah.
Nice to see Mary and David in here again. Even if it's just to taunt us, it is ok
Speaking of which, Beef Bourguinon sounds tasty :9 *Is suddenly hungry for the signature T-bone steak of a colonial-themed restaurant in the capital city*
Oh god, Churros. I savoured the only piece I had with caramel inside when I was at Downtown Disney last year. For a South Cali street food, I kept going to places that didn't have it. SadnessUpsettingshorts wrote...
Leliana was a churro.
I miss those things, used to get 'em when I lived in Southern California. Haven't seen them since.
NUUUUU, definitely don't trouble yourself. Studies > Fannish endeavours.pserudocognition wrote...
If I had time I could mock her up in sketchup pretty quickly. Alas, no time.
Also, is it just me, or are Varric afficionados are thrown a bone with the recent Matt Rhodes interview? The Varric concept art is HUGE ^o^ It's really amazing how rough the concept art is up close (and quite rugged I might add) *is distracted by shiny things*
Okay, now...I gots nothin. Way late breakfast, coffee, freshen up, then time to make it WERK.

I've always been told that a 'happy trail' is the line of hair from a man's belly button to lower, happy regions.

I wonder if Varric has a happy trail *missing the point*

That's my understanding as well.
I would LOVE a Nate romance, sans stupid soul patch (god I hate those things).
And @Aimo: thanks for pointing that out. I just read the interview but didn't click the concept art because I thought it'd be the same size as what we've seen before. I can finally see all the nice details and texture!
