I fully intend to stay within the forum safezones. Like this one. Only going out to pipe up and set fools straight on occasion.

Yes this thread will be a sanctuary. I'm busy installing a Zen rock garden and soothing fountain.

I wish they'd tell us the exact time it'd be out...save me the pain of staying up all night and day.

I'm waking up before 9 so I can watch the live stream of the EA conference, but I can't watch the trailer when it comes out. I made a pact with my girlfriend to not watch it until she was up and ready to watch it with me. :| I don't know why I did that. I'm going to die of suspense.Saibh wrote...

Luckily for me, I'm in CST so I get two extra hours of sleep. Poor girl's on the West coast. I think she has plans to wake up early, though, so maybe a wait won't be necessary! HUZZAH.Anarya wrote...

I didn't even know about the conference though. This is what I get for hiding from the DA2 forums. The allure of Varric drew me back in.
I'm one of those strange people who loves spoilers though. The more hints and teases the better!

Mmm, roast.
The best part of the spoilers and hints is trying to figure out what exactly they mean. Those sneaky Bioware people.
Thank you for posting the link. I'm sure Varric approves of such actions. Speaking of which.. I wonder if they'll make "Varric approves" tshirts? I wonder how many people would buy them, then post pictures of them wearing the tshirts.

Exactly! I know so many people are anti-spoilers, but I love 'em. I love trying to figure out when they're going to show up in the game and what they mean. My favorite thing about the months before the release of a game is stalking the forums, nomming spoilers, and going WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN!?Nhadalie wrote...

... I want that shirt. I want a Varric shirt, at least. Even if it's just a line from the game because you know he's going to have some awesome one liners.

I knew about the Werewolves.
I knew about the Mage Tower.
I knew about the Denerim Siege.
I knew about the Redcliffe Zombies.
I knew about Conner = Demon.
I knew about Ostagar.
I knew about the Landsmeet.
I knew about Loghain Party Member.
I knew about Duncan / Cailan's fate.
I knew about Howe's betrayal (Tim Curry's voice would've tipped me off anyways)
I knew about the Broodmother.
A few more things that I can't remember were also spoiled for me. It just ruined too much of the game for me. If I find out in this trailer that Varric dies, I'll cry manly tears.

I never understood why people make such a fuss over trailers having spoilers. Trailers are meant to portray the best parts, or hint at them. They're meant to draw in people who may not be interested in the game.
I loved trying to figure out all the stuff from the spoilers with Awakening.(I didn't get DA a few months after it had been released.)
I just hope they make them from better quality tshirts if they do. I got a Zevran tshirt recently, since they were on sale. And they're so very thin, and not pre-shrunken. (The other tshirt I got, the white one with the dragon is pretty much see through. It's ridiculous how thin they are.)

Same with me! I missed most of the stuff for DA (I didn't know it was for console until just before/after release; I saw the 30 Seconds to Mars trailer that said something about the Xbox, and I flailed), but Mass Effect 2 was completely spoiled for me and I still enjoyed the hell out of it. It's just different when you're actually playing. It actually surprises you, even if you already knew it was going to happen.

If my calculations are correct (and there's a good chance they are NOT; I have the dumb), the stream will be up somewhere around 3PM GMT.

Everything is always different when you experience them firsthand. With the exception of a few major things.(Like Kotor. But even knowing the stuff that happens, Kotor1 is still great.)
I already knew about Alistair, Loghain and Anora before I got DA. And I still loved the game anyway. Everytime I play it, I find something new in DA.
There's always a difference between hearing/reading things. Like you could read something like.. About how Loghain does this thing, or that thing. And it'll be completely different because they usually don't say how something happens exactly.
