I'm torn between shipping them and wanting to give her a good smack in the face with Lady Hawke's staff.

In all honesty, I'd try to pull off the kind of recruitment speeches in "Fears Realized" on Cassandra. Meaning I'd grab Varric and use the most inane logic to get Cass to come along.

Then Varric and I would ride in the front seat of a carriage of some kind, with Cass considering how her life has gone downhill as we deliberately roll over some rubble... downhill.

Edit: By the way... in 9:40 Dragon riding to the right of the driver in a vehicle is called riding Bianca. Besides the innuendo, everyone just plan loves calling it that, even though most people can only afford cheap mimicries of Bianca. Varric was caught riding Bianca when he got dragged away by templars.

I love Varric's voice and I giggled when I saw that Varric's feet didnt touch the ground when they were 'dragging' him in, it was cute. I also like how when Cassandra stabs the book, he looks at it like, "D-mn, I really liked that book."

Man I really hope Varric is a romance in DA3. I was too busy fangirling over the new stuff in the dev diary before, but I just went and rewatched it and Varric just gets more and more awesome to me the more I see of him. Plus Dat Voice.

It was definitely the most adorable thing in the video.

I don't really care as long as he's in the game and in my party. I'm perfectly fine with romancing Isabela (or Aveline if at all possible) or no one as LadyHawke, since I don't care about Fenris at all and DLCebastian is probably not an LI. There is that other unannounced guy, though. Oh well, we'll see!

@Calla- I agree. Nothing against Anders but I don't find him especially interesting and that'd make three Warde-encountered characters companions. Two is pushing it.

I like Anders well enough. I just want a new human male, not a recycled one from Awakening or Origins. And the Anders fangirls don't really care for me much and I hate being an ~outsider~ when it comes to fandom things.
