You know, seeing as we won't have Bodahn Feddic around for DA2 and what with Varric's background as a 'merchant prince' I think it would be kinda awesome if they had Varric be both the party merchant and a usable companion. That said by the sounds of things they are doing away with the party camp, at least as we saw it in Dragon Age, so perhaps there will be no need for a Bodahn this time around.

I like that idea. I kinda hope that the reveal in Darkspawn Chronicles was true in both 'realities' too. That said, I wouldn't want Wade back just so he could craft sets of armor that are better than pretty much any armor in the game yet don't actually look all that great!

Varric will sponsor a fashion line and have a fashion show showcasing the fashion designs of Herren and Wade, of Wade's Emporium. Even the Orlesian Nobility will be demanding Varric Wear.

I can actually completely picture Varric holding a fashion show, it seems so... right. Not to menton Wade fits the bill of fashion designer perfectly.
