So am i to understand correct, but did someone write the legend of Hawke as a book? And that person asked questions from Varric? In the dev diary they talk about Varric talking about the legend, and supposingly everyone knows this legend, so one would assume the book version is the legend version, and now Cassandra wants the real story.

Drazlol, I don't know, but Varric's illustrator is fantastic. They captured the essence of Anders really well on that sixth portrait. :B

What I like the most is how the illustrator skipped the issue of which sibling lives by adding neither to the portraits. I'd like to see Varric justify that slip.

In all seriousness though, I am giddy that armor now looks like 1) you can take it on and off, 2) it's made of materials I can identify, 3) it could say on the body of its own accord and 4) that it might be comfortable enough to spend all day in.

GDI, paperwork, eating my time. It's already almost 4:00 AM and I'm not sure whether to draw the Varric/LadyH shortie or go to sleep to get rid of these eyebags.

I just hope Varric gets revenge on Cassandra for her blatant mistreatment of him. And I also wonder if he'll use the euphemism of "catching more flies with honey than with vinegar". Since he does eventually wind up with an goblet of wine in his hand and looking pretty comfortable.

I'm sure it's very unlikely, but I would not be surprised if Cassandra was more... gentle with Varric after a while. Like how the kid in the Princess Bride movie was wierded out at first, but eventually fell in love with the story. So Cassandra is beating Varric now, but I'd laugh and claim I guessed it if he walks out unmolested.



I also now have the theory Varric will be executed after he finishes the story.

I'll level with you: I was mostly joking because I believe a dev stated Varric plays a role in DA3, which (generally) means he should be alive.

I still want to see Bianca come to the rescue though...
