Even if I didn't like Anders I'm ridiculously interested in seeing a significant character from Origins get the hot rod samurai treatment. So... I'm biased.

Maybe.  Though, I'm sure if you play a Female Hawke, the Mirror of Transfromation will be a two a mirror with a small stepping ladder behind it...

Seriously! Some of my best work come out of not having the same amount of time I usually do. It makes me focus on making it GOOD as opposed to lingering and 'settling' by the time it's time to turn it in.

Though, I think Varric is just tinkering with something on Bianca so it can pull off a "Hail of Arrows" attack.
And the terrain does look pretty good.  It doesn't look as... flat? as it was in DA:O.

Also, random side note, it looks like Carver is a Two-hander warrior (he's using mighty blow, which I assume is equivalent to DA:O's).

He was in the demo ages ago too, so they havn't changed that. Makes sense with Aveline being a sword and boarder too.

Oh and good to see the best thread on the Bioware social is still going strong! March isn't far away now, it'll be pretty awesome to come on here when I can post more regularly again and see the Varric thread still on the front page (or near enough). :happy:

It's not so much a specialization, but rather a bonus ("authorized biographer" buffes the party, "unauthorized biographer" provids buffs for him) similiar to the "Massive magic increase" or "massive Dexterity increase" that you find in DA:O.  Authorized is the friendship path, unauthorized is the rivalry path

Anyway, I love the tomboy-ish air that this jacket gives to Lady Hawke. However... that she's still using this clothes even after meeting Varric. I wonder if their stats are so good or if there's no goddamn shop in Kirkwall.

Also, I just got home from work. So imagine my surprise when I got on Bioware's website and this big page flashes up about all this cool stuff the people who pre-order get to have. I am totally happy.



Also, to the person who pointed out three female LI's and three male LI's, thank you very much! I'm hoping for one more romanceable person than what we had in DA:O (hopefully following the ME2 trend for LI's). In Origins, males got Morrigan, Leliana, Zevran. Females got Alistair, Leliana, Zevran. Not a lot to choose from, really. So DA2, let's say males get Isabela, Aveline, Merrill and...Anders. I'm guessing he's bi-sexual. And females get Isabela (I'm assuming she's also the bi-sexual option for females), Anders, Fenris, and Varric. So possibly four choices for a love interest. If Fenris isn't romanceable, I don't care, as long as I can have Varric. I could count Sebastian, but he's DLC, and I'm not sure if Bioware would suddenly go the route of making a DLC character romanceable. If that were the case, he'd have to be bi-sexual so that both males and females could enjoy his romance.



Anyway, I'm just floating on the clouds right now. I wish March would hurry up and get here!
