Fenris doesn't like to be touched, it hurts him, according to David Gaider in the Fenris thread.
So I'm going with Varric as our last straight LI.
To me the no-touchy seems like exactly the kind of thing that would hook female players. Like me *cough* And Ser Gaider also said it's not really no-touchy, just aversion-to-touchy.

If you want to go with what Mark
Darrah said about there being the same amount of LI's in DA2 as in DAO,
you have three people. Two of the opposite sex, and one of the same sex
as your character. I think we know Isabela is bi-sexual, so she's our
same-sex option. For females, you can have Varric, Fenris, BMG (Anders).
One of them has to be straight, one of them has to be bisexual for the
male s/s romance. I'm guessing that the s/s for males is Anders. Because
he seems rather careful about his appearance and metrosexual, so I'm
going with him. That leaves Fenris and Varric. Fenris doesn't like to be
touched, it hurts him, according to David Gaider in the Fenris thread.
So I'm going with Varric as our last straight LI.
1.Isabela
(swings both ways)
2. Anders (swings both ways)
3. Varric
(straight arrow)

I could have sworn he said something about Fenris' tattoos hurting him, and that anyone touching him would likely get punched, unless it was Hawke... In which case he'd reign it in. Painful touching is no good for sex. And you know... There's probably gonna be sex in there, somewhere.
Here it is from the Fenris thread:

Evening, Ser Gaider! *tips hat*
I had a feeling Hawke would probably either get punched or get threatened with getting her hands cut off.
Well,
first he would flinch-- because his markings are quite painful, and
doubly so when they're touched. His first instinct might be to punch
someone who touched him, though he'd probably hold back if he realized
it was Hawke.
Then he would brood.

The fact that no one seems to mind that they'd cause him even a little bit of pain bothers me. There's an inevitable love scene, and there's probably going to be at least some touching with animation and whatnot. Unless they lie on twin sized beds and talk about how much they enjoy each others company, it seems a little sadistic. But that's just my opinion.
Plus, I imagine it'd be easier to animate Lady Hawke kneeling or bending down to kiss a dwarf than handling the warrior elf with kid gloves.

* I wouldn't make too big a deal of his touch-causes-pain thing. It's more of an aversion than actual physical agony. You'll see when you play, though honestly he doesn't dwell on it at all. It's not central to his story.

It'd be hilarious if all the sarcastics replies to Fenris' dialog consisted of *Poke*
I still say Varric will carry a stepladder at one point of another. Such good opportunities to reference Discworld shouldn't be passed up.Calla S wrote...

Pain is pain is pain. It doesn't really matter how much or how little it is. I know I wouldn't want to do anything to hurt the person I had feelings for, though that's just my standpoint on things, I'm sure.
The Fenris thread might argue "maybe he likes it."
The fangirl appeal of a man in suffering is apparently tremendous.

Bianca also doubles as a stepladder, so Varric can reach that jar of whatever on the top shelf! Comes in super handy for kissing, right?

I took that quote to mean it doesn't cause him physical pain, but he doesn't like to be touched. He probably has painful memories of lyrium infusion and being a slave. People who don't like to be touched in real life because of abuse can get therapy to help them.
