I love how Merrill chooses to drop the top rather than the scarf. Clear priorities there.

I love how detailed everything is, especially the expressions and body language! Do you draw it straight onto the computer, or do you pencil and scan? Digital art's a new thing for me, but I'm trying to learn; people can do some amazing stuff on there!

Aw, thank you I draw straight on the computer. I compiled a 3D model for the table and chairs and drew everything else on top of it in Photoshop.

Yep, sketchup. Quick and dirty. I could make a table and chairs the long way, I suppose, but that's not the fun part.

It's a bunch of beautiful people of a simliar age group in the DA-verse. Maybe it wouldn't happen, but it's not hard to imagine a situation in which it might*.

But in all seriousness (and I know you were serious Calla XD) I agree, there's something different about these guys. Like they've all got a good reason to be there and a good reason to be together and help each other out. They seem like a group of decent people who have the bad luck of sticking out a little bit in a political questionable climate, be it as an apostate or a refugee or otherwise.
