You can change up a follower's weapon for anything they know how to use-- so a mage can use any staff, Isabela can use daggers, Aveline uses one-handed swords and shields, etc.

Ohmai. I can imagine the interrogation scene becoming a lot more interesting in this case... Just visions of imaginary Hawke cuddling Varric, making him lose his train of thought, with Cassandra like, "WTF?"

Also fun for the news to report though, since it can potentially exceed the whole "gay coupling" hoopla by a wide margin. Or just plain in poor taste depending on personal views. As such, i'm not sure if there's good chances to have "main male LI" along these lines.

Even if I could see it, I've never gotten the b-b-but Fox News remarks. Who gives a frak what they say about anything, anyway?

I'd lose some respect for EA/Bioware if they did, especially considering how hard EA came out swinging against FNC after the whole Mass Effect thing anyway.
