Reading back on the dev posts in this thread for the first time in a long while... all I can say is no matter what, we're in for something great. I'm sick of the bickering in these forums, can we just get back to the lulz that makes the Varric thread the Varric thread?

Either way, the Varric Think Tank has devised contigency plans.  Currently under review by Top Men.  Varric is totally not a Top Men.  Really.  Don't ask me, otherwise I'll slip up and spill the beans that Varric is a Top Men.  And then I'd lose my clearance.

Unfortunately, any rescue plan approvals won't be implemented until after March 8th.

As I see it there are three stereotypes BioWare likes to use as LI. Usualy with good results I might add.

Girl/Guy next door: Leliana, Alistair, Kaidan, Jacob, Ashley.
Exotic Guy/Girl: Thane, Zevran, Morrigan, Jack, Liara.
Since our weird fans wants this for some odd reason why not give it a go?: Tali, Garrus.

I can see Varric fitting into all these cathegories. So yeah, if I was a writer I would definitely include Varric as a LI. A bearish bi LI.

By Yenaquai over in the Valentine's day thread. More for the other characters, too. They're all adorable and very well done, but I think Varric and Anders are my favorites.
