Edit: Although seriously, I'd like to see if they do a half-dwarf model for the baby should the baby appear.

Since half-dwarves are rare, you might get a short human or something XP

I am imagining a Zevran/Dwarf baby (they never told us what you will get with that combination...)

And then there's Varric/Hawke.... Interesting...

It seems that anything non-human is recessive... Elf+Human=Human

Kinda like Ginger+Brunette=Brunette (unless the brunette has ginger genes...)

Which makes me think, since Alistair is believed to carry some elf genes (if you've read the books; but this is considered WMG), if he gets together with an elf and successfully gets a baby, would the baby be 3/4 elf? Half elf? Elf?

I firmly believe that Alistair's heritage is what was said in the game and not in the novel and that the novel is simply another child (why tell Goldanna she has a brother if it's a lie? They could've just told her that the mother died and the end)

The baby would always be human, regardless of how much "elf" was in the human parent. It's essentially a full take over in the gene department.

Argh i sooo hate this debate! I wish they would just make a DLC about his heritage....I loved Alistair, i loved the books and i would really want to know the truth.
