To be fair it's not as if Ferelden's dental hygiene was much better than the Darkspawn. That said the Darkspawn do seem to have a disturbing lack of chest hair. Or hair of any kind in fact. This is reason enough to warrant their destruction in my eyes.

@Santiri_azz: Nope just the concept art and that one screenshot that wasn't even officially released. People have seen some of the scene where Cassandra berates him however and I think the general opinion was that he looks better in action.
