I won't lie, that would be awesome.

It would be all the sweeter if Bioware could develope a blushing effect.  It's be like bloom effects, but reddish-pink instead of "Oh god I just looked straight at a gamma-ray burst and vaporized my eyeballs" white.

Just listened to the podcast and that was awesome. If Varric is made a LI, while it might have been planned all along, I'll always think of this thread and say "I was a part of this." and I'd be giddy. Although I did nothing important.

I know!! If it does end up happening, I'm going to be absolutely thrilled to be a part of this lovely thread for so long. Well, thrilled about that and about Varric being an LI. I'd be pretty jazzed about that, too.

@namedforthemoon: Hahah! You're right on the money! Not only dwarves the PERFECT height for human women (Oghren said it himself - just the right height to give human women a good time), but they're *ahem* notably well-equipped.

Yes, I agree with that, but the other companions weren't LI material. Wynne, Dog, Shale, Oghren and Sten? Of course, some will disagree with me, but I can't imagine a lot of people who would have liked a romance with Oghren or Wynne.
Hopefully, DA2 will have more LI options, or brief-romances, like Isabela or the Desire Demon.
