I just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else. A few months ago I ordered an Omega and Minuteman, more than three weeks later I got an email saying the items were not in stock and my order was cancelled. I ordered a Wards litho eleven days ago and just got an out-of-stock notice this morning. It really sucks. Is this a pattern? Or am I just really unlucky?

They even withdrew the money for the Wards on the 9th, I thought they only did that once they shipped. Bleh, doesn't make any sense to me.

This happened to me with a wards a while back. I ordered it on the 6th, and on the 11th I got a message stating that the order had been canceled due to it being out of stock. I still have not received a credit back for my order, which is pretty annoying. I should probably contact CS again.

I suggest creating a support case for the orders. Maybe include a copy of the bank statement of the transfer in the response to the response. I don't remember if it's possible to include attachments in the support case opening message.

They may have never actually charged you and just put a hold on your funds. That's what happened the first time, the 2nd time they did actually withdraw the money and had to refund.

They told me it would take 3-5 days to get my money back, maybe you should give them another day or two just to be sure, then open a case with customer service.
