I hate Leliana, with a passion. No, I don't give a *beep* about shoes or my hair. Your stories are tedious and boring and your accent is not cute. STFU!!!

Huh, I think I like the "spilled guts" line for a guy a bit better. Had never seen it before but it's worded out a bit funnier.

Wynne. Hands down. Of course you know better, yes mom, go back to your knitting, it's no business of yours who I sleep with as long as I'm not shirking my duties to do it. As Shale wold say, hag.

And after that? I only met two dwarves I didn't want to punt: Sigrun and Dagna. I felt some sympathy for Oghren and Felsi, and I wouldn't say I hate either of them, but the urge to punt was strong at times.

top 5 most annoying characters for me:

1- Isolde- "OMG teagan!!! i put my family and all of redcliffe in danger because i'm too much of a pompous jackass, whine whine whine!!!"

2-Majorlaine- her accent is murder to my ears, i couldn't understand a word she said without subtitles

3- Anora- god i hate her so much, she betrays me...TWICE, and then tries to persuade me to giving her the throne? she didn't even swear loyalty to alistair when he is king, he should of just killed her instead of imprisoning her.

4- Howe- I wanted to kill this guy in so many evil ways when i played my human, the way he was so cocky hiding behind loghain and how he still taunts you before you fight him, i hated the way he died cos i wanted to stick my sword into his face.

5- Zathrian- he blames the werewolves who weren't even born when his family were killed for what happened? then he lies to us to make sure we do his bidding? he's the main reason why i hate most of the dalish in the game

Mmm, how it's always been.  I've made no secret of it, I just don't feel the urge to put it in people's faces.

Removed, because I don't want to sound like I'm flaming/trolling on dwarves, that's not my intent.  We can have this discussion privately.

I wont mention all the characters I hated, because I felt the story wanted me to hate them so that means the characters did what they where suppose to do.

But as far as characters I actually hated Isolde goes to the top of the list, I wanted to kill her even more then I wanted to kill Nalia's aunt.

Cammen, by the gods I hate Cammen, why did they make this loser douchebag an elf, its almost like they made an elf like this intentionally to poke fun at elves in general, he represents every worst stereotype people who hate elves can possibly think of whether true or not rolled up into one character.

God, what a wanker. I recruited him once to see what he was like for the rest of the game, and I've never spared him again.

Oghren.
Really no need for such crassness. Furthermore, the character is completely unlikeable and unrelatable. Don't know what the writers were thinking.

Technically you betray Anora first then she betrays you back; as for the second betrayal  that is more or so politics101 if you flat out say she isn't getting your support of course she is going to switch sides.

The only character I hate from a writing stand point is Oghren(Awakening) I didn't mind him in Origins, and he even made me laugh a few times, but they killed him in Awakening.

Now as for characters that annoy me? The whole Jowan situation I hate how I'm railroaded into either snitching on him or being dragged down with him. Isolde's action don't annoy me more or so her lack of accountability. I would protect my child no matter what like she did, but I would certainly be accountable for what I did to protect my child. Blaming everything on Jowan is childish and stupid.

Ser Jory.

My latest play through I deliberately assumed control and charged into the nearest contingent of darkspawn just to see how many injuries I could rack up. I got to 8 I think. He sounds like quite the pansy every time he drops by the way. An entertaining method of getting Ostagar out of the way.

Exactly. Her first "betrayal" only happens if you betray her first. And her second "betrayal" happens if you refuse to support her and or tell her you'll kill her father. Would I support some Grey Warden who rats out my identity, wants to dethrone me to put an inexperienced man-child on the throne and wants to kill my father? Who WOULD do such a such a thing? Swear fealty to Alistair? Why should she?

I like most of the characters in one way or another, really, even the 'love to hate them' types like Loghain.

The character that really bothers me the most, personally, is Leliana. The more I got to know her, the more I found her to be shallow, disingenuous, two faced, and manipulative. Frankly, she creeps me out. (Funny that Zevran is like her perfect opposite, who starts out seeming very suspicious and shallow but ends up having compassion and depth.)

Of course I also dislike the typical characters like Isold and the son of the Arl of Denerim. But they are so expected.

Jowan, I actually really liked UNTIL I played a mage origin. Then I thought he's a whiny, needy, pathetic little douchbag. Yet the implied history of close friendship between him and my mage makes me HAVE to care about him from an RP perspective, unless my warden is an equal or greater douchbag. Frecking annoying!

I also hate the eldest brother from the Dwarven Noble origin. How could I not want to kill him?! Dad, wtf?! Stop making me feel guilty!

Soris. He rubbed me the wrong way from the first moment I started talking to him, in much the way that Jowan does in the mage Origin. He is just such a pansy-ass, indecisive, whiny little tool! He won't make decisions for himself, and shows little remorse aside from his usual week willed self doubt when you choose to make a rather wicked decision. He reminds me of Wormtail from the Harry Potter series. A sniveling little follower who takes the side of whomever has the most perceived power, ever ready to scurry away and abandon those who care about him to save his own hide.

Wynne... I only hate her sometimes. Mostly I just find her depth of delusion pitiable.

There are times I hate Alistair and Morrigan both, particularly their constant childish bickering in Lothering, but there are qualities in both characters that make me love them as well.

*edit*

OH!  I almost forgot!  That random noble **** in the Denerim Market, shopping.  You can't interact with her, but when you walk near her she says the most horrible things to her elven servant, who looks like she just wants to DIE.  Not having any option to say anything or intervene in any way really pissed me off!  I would have liked to have found out if she's of any use to me polliticaly, and if not, Zevran could be sent in the night to do her servant a lovely favor.  We could make it look like an acsident.

I wanted to call her out on that so bad!

It also pissed me off that Aneirin became some pacifistic hippy aparently.  Grow a spine, guy.  Don't let her walk away all self satisfied for having merely fealt guilty about what happened to you.

It's because she's a fat cow and led him astray.

The only stupid thing Lily did was fall in love with an idiot, with an annoying voice.

An idiot with an annoying voice who snapped at my mage when she implied she'd had fealings for him.  <_<

Habren? Well you can pickpocket her for a nice tiara. You can also listen to her father (or brother, was it?) moan about her to Bann Alfstanna once the Landsmeet's been called. She's only 15 apparently and going through an obnoxious phase.

Well, I put her on the throne.  First action - let's chop the head of one of my friends.  Then, my only request after saving her kingdom is that the alienage gets treated well - and the epilogue suggests she fails at that.

I think he just realized that there's no point trying to argue with her and he's not ever going to see her again so he can just humor her and then not do what she asks.

I also hate the eldest brother from the Dwarven Noble origin. How could I not want to kill him?! Dad, wtf?! Stop making me feel guilty!

Trian? I always felt sorry for him because he was so clearly doomed and because of how obviously he was being played by Bhelen. He really does seem hurt if you prove his suspicions right and want to kill him for the throne even if he is really abrasive.

Soris. He rubbed me the wrong way from the first moment I started talking to him, in much the way that Jowan does in the mage Origin. He is just such a pansy-ass, indecisive, whiny little tool! I think you're being too hard on him. Soris is not a trained fighter like you are. Just the same, he's always one of two people in the Alienage willing to get involved in a suicidal attackon the Arl's Palace (and if you're a CEF the other is Nelaros). He's inexperienced and doesn't really know what he's doing with his weapon but he goes anyway. If you decide to take the bribe money and leave, what is he supposed to do? Get himself killed with an even more suicidal attack on Vaughan and his friends when the actual trained fighter has up and left? That won't do any good. Yes, Soris isn't looking for trouble but all things considered, why would he be? I can't blame him for not wanting to stick his neck out given he does it anyway. And given that rioters killed his parents by setting his house on fire and pushing his mother back inside when she tried to flee (which makes it sound like he witnessed this) is another very good reason why he doesn't want to start anything. Who knows? Maybe his parents were troublemakers and he knows what happens to people like that.

When, exactly, does he switch allegiances to take the side of whoever has the most perceived power? Do you really think you or Nelaros has more power in his mind than all of the guards in the Arl of Denerim's estate? Yes, he does leave Shianni there after you take the bribe money and maybe you think that he should have stayed and let Shianni watch him get gutted before Vaugahn went back to raping her but the blame for that really falls on your **** CE who chose to take the bribe in the first place. Soris isn't a trained warrior and asking him to commit suicide so he can claim the moral high ground is a bit much.

How can you not like Soris?

He is pretty much the coolest Origin Companion (Gorim and Leske tie with him)

Seriously though, you can fight, and he cant, yet he follows you into hell just to save his family, and bride. He gets props for that.

Also outside of Vaughan, I hate that little Wh0re of an snitch who rats you out. Wish there was an option to kill her.
