The game automatically uploaded a few screenshots when I first started playing, until I decided that I'd rather limit my uploaded screenshots to a few that I'd taken manually, and turned auto uploading off. Later I accidentally hit the button and caused the game to upload a few more.
Now the screenshots panel in the game tells me that I have 18 (of 100 maximum) files online. I'd like to delete those files and recover that capacity, if at all possible. However, none of the screenshots has ever been displayed on the site; therefore I have nothing to delete when I access the Manage Screenshots page.
I've only seen one of my screenshots appear in my profile: it was the Achievement screenshot taken when I killed my 100th darkspawn. That one I was able to delete with no problem. All the other screenshots which have not appeared were of the Story variety.
Could it be that the screenshots are not appearing on the site because they are associated with characters which I've since deleted? If so that's odd, because the characters themselves have been reappearing no matter how often I've deleted them from my profile (as I've just described in another thread).
In any case, I'd like some help getting those files deleted. Anyone have any ideas?
How can I delete screenshots I can't see?

I have a similar issue. In the game it reports I have 70 files out of 100. But I deleted a whole bunch of screenshots from my profile on the social site. The file count has not reset in the game. Instead of saying about 9 or so pics, its still saying 70.

Ah, but at least you can actually see the uploaded screenies on the site? That's progress, of a sort.
It does sound like your issue is related to mine. I've been wondering all along if those screenshots ever really got uploaded. If not, that would explain why I'm not seeing them. I'm guessing that if I could see and delete them, I'd still get no change in the status of online storage reported by the game, putting me in the same boat as you.
There may well be two overlapping problems here. The first is whatever is causing my screenshots to not show up on the site. The second is that the game does not seem to be aware of what's really happening with the web storage. Is it displaying a number reported by the site? Or just telling us what it assumes to be true?

The game displays the count of uploaded images. One thing I noticed when deleting the images is that not all the images were being displayed on the page, but as I was deleting images, new images were appearing. Basically it was just one page of images, not multiple as it should've been if it was going to display all the images. I think a dozen or more images were being displayed on a page, but since I had nearly 70 at the time, anything more than the dozen were not getting displayed until I deleted the first few images. It seems in the game the screenshots are still designated as uploaded and I think that's what is showing the count. Either deleting the shots from the website needs to be reflected in the game (by unselecting the images), or they need to add an extra option in the profile section where you can select "Delete from website". I don't always want to delete the "local" version of the screenshot.

Agreed.
Although I'm not sure there needs to be a "Delete from website" button. It should suffice if the game, when it goes to upload screenshots, could also query the server as to the number of files that are currently stored there. That would allow us to delete uploaded screenshots from the site yet leave the local files in place, and still have an accurate grasp of the remaining capacity.
That is, of course, assuming that the website actually displays the screenshots (which it doesn't in my case) and that the "Manage Screenshots" page works as advertised (I mention this because characters deleted on the "Manage Characters" page keep coming back).

Just a brief update: I've noticed that all my screenshots are saving in 1920x1200 resolution. That's to be expected, because it's the resolution I'm playing in. It got me wondering, though, whether it could be the size of the screenshot files that is preventing them from appearing on my screenshots page. Is this possible?

I don't think its that. I'm at the same resolution.
On the website they become smaller (I assume the server resizes the pictures as they get uploaded).
As I mentioned before, I had about 70 or so pics in my profile. I was not able to see all the pics, but as I was deleting pics, new ones would appear that I did not see before.
I think they need to fix the screenshot viewer to auto paginate the pics (e.g. show Page 1 of 10, 2 of 10, etc) It doesn't do that at the moment.

You're saying that although the game reports we're allotted storage for 100 files max on the server, there's only one screenshots page that won't hold all 100 of them? That's something I couldn't have noticed, not being able to see any screenshots. It does sound like it could use some fixing.
