A Question about Dwarven Waraxes, the OC and MotB, and Cdaulepp's Random Loot Generator

Do they appear in stores and treasure with any regularity?
Are there any particular dwarven waraxes to be acquired? Just a yes and how many or no will suffice here. If there are any, I just wish to know that and not what they are called or what are their characteristics.
I am going to use Cdaulepp's Random Loot Generator, so, I would assume, that for merchants that sell dwarven waraxes, that alone would solve any issues--that is, there should be some variability in available dwarven waraxes--from how I understand the Random Loot Generator works. I would assume that it may lead to an increased probability to find dwarven waraxes in treasure not directly coming from enemies as well, where that treasure is randomly generated. Possibly it would even lead to a little greater chance at finding dwarven waraxes on enemies that can use exotic weapons.
Will the use of the Random Loot Generator lead to dwarven waraxes being available on occasion from all merchants, even those who didn't sell them in the unmodified game? (I have read that many merchants do not sell them though I do not know if that is factual--this is a huge part of the reason I am asking all of this of course.)
I simply do not want to have to rely almost completely on crafting to be able to have some availability and variety in one of my two main weapons. And, if I must, I may have to ditch this build.

Thank you very much. That about settles it then.

One of the best drops in MotB is a Dwarven War Axe and it doesn't take long to find it. I gave it to Gann. IIRC he already had exotic weapon proficiency when he joined the party.
A weapon with a conditional AC bonus and Damage Resistance taking up two of its valuable enchanting slots? I wouldn't call that a good drop myself.

That Dwarven Waraxe drops long before he can get close to crafting something just as good.
The merchants and drops are ahead of the crafting in MotB.

You won't find any good ones. You'll have to make your own.
That's not necessarily true. While there aren't many with exotic enchantments, there is a +3 version available later in the game. Which makes it a fairly decent weapon.

I'm going to have to disagree. Since his fighter is no doubt relying on the NPCs to craft for him, he could not have +7 at that point* - true. But he COULD easily have:
Alchemical Silver or Cold Iron +5 with 2d8 fire or cold or electric damage (or 2d6 acid damage), plus two of:
- On Hit Greater Dispel Magic DC 22
- 6d6 cold damage with fire vulnerability
- 6d6 fire damage with cold vulnerability
- 2 dice one or two other elements
- Any of the OC enchantments (Holy, Vampiric Regeneration, Deadly, etc.)
* if following the typical sequence; if he goes to the woods second or later, even that limitation won't apply.

If he could easily have those things in a crafted weapon then that weapon could easily be a Dwarven Waraxe or any other weapon that he wants.
And, he can get GMW from Safiya so he may as well not craft a +5 enhancement into his weapon, but use that slot for some other property.

Right. Which is what I said - his DW fighter is going to want to craft his own.
As for the second part - not adding +5 - I guess I'm a purist. In the actual p&p game, you can't add any other enchantments to a weapon without giving it the +1 Enhancement first. My mind still runs on that track, so all my magical weapons (and armors) are +X to start.

Right, but he wants to have an idea regarding how easy it is to find, loot, or buy, not make. I found mine in MotB long before the half way mark and it was one of the best drops in MotB even if it doesn't beat what you can craft in the end.
