I just kept deleting the "no picture" characters (using "Manage Characters" on this site. Don't delete your save files!!) until they finally uploaded with a picture. Took about three tries before I got my current profile pic to upload correctly.

This toon is the only one that ever got through, and I've been playing since launch. Bottom line: it doesn't work, so don't bother with it

Mine have gone up, but you have to be signed into the network at the time of the very first in-game save. which is an auto-save.

Hi everyone, thanks for replying.
What ended up working for me was deleting the ones in "manage characters" that did not show up and then being signed in and saving the game.
eventually they uploaded.

This was bugging me for the longest time. None of the pictures were updating at all, now I can see the armor on my favorite warden! This thread really helped.

My tips for getting a character to upload:
Make sure the game signs you in when you create a new character. i.e. hang around a couple of minutes passed the opening animation to make SURE you don't get an error message.
Log out of BSN while character creating (though that's overcautious, mostly it's don't visit your game profile)
Make a hard, manual save (i.e. do it yourself, don't rely on autosave)
Wait a few hours (usually overnight for me)
Check your profile - if it hasn't uploaded by then, check again in an hour or so.
That seems to be a pretty foolproof method of uploading. I have never been able to get a not-loaded character to load properly afterwards, but maybe the new patch has fixed that. Will try with my bloodmage at some point then!

I think the website is still in beta and i have had the same problems too, i'm still trying to get some uploaded and some have their current outfit on the avatars and some just have the defualt outfit.

that's really strange, I'm sorry RW626. maybe try signing out and signing back in too? Could be something so simple, that's what's so damn frustrating about it. Just try signing out of everything, shutting everything down, then starting again from scratch....
&&&&&& try deleting the characters that aren't showing up. Then sign in. Play the game, and save. Make sure the save finishes before quitting, then turn off the console.
