Will Spanish version ship with voice acting in English and subtitles or directly voice acting in Spanish?

I want to know because if the answer is the later I'll need to buy a English version abroad as voice acting in Spanish tend to be mediocre

Devs have said there won't be Spanish VO. The Spanish version will have English voices and Spanish texts.
