Hi, so I bought the regular edition of Dragon Age over STEAM, registered it here, and so when I visit http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php , I could see that I was entitled to the armor and prisoner DLCs. After a bit of trouble with the Dragon Age updater service (had to run it
through services.msc), I was able to see the available DLC in the in-game menu. I had two DLC available in the 'download progress' tab. The Stone Prisoner, and the Blood Dragon Armor. So far so good.

I download the armor, and it shows in the 'Installed Contents' tab. That's good.

I start the next download, for 'The Stone Prisoner'. It's a bit long, so I CTRL+ESC back to Windows and do something else.

When I try to go back to the game later, The Stone Prisoner does NOT appear in my Installed Contents tab. Instead, it now appears in the 'Available Content' tab, with a 1200 Bioware Points cost.

Seriously?

I am not going to pay for it, I was entitled to it for free! It still shows up in my registered game promotions here on the SocialNetwork...

What do I do, now?

NVM - - - I solved the problem. Windows had somehow decided to disable the DAUpdaterSvc service and it put The Stone Prisoner out of comission until I re-enabled the service again. Now the DLC is back in the installed tab.
