Because unlike you I have friends on this site that I talk to regualry. I enjoyed ME2, does that mean I have to be blind and say everything Biowaste does it good? I am a customer and I have the right to voice my opinion on things that are bad.

Then why don't you just get their e-mail addresses, Cell Phone numbers, Facebook pages, etc? There are other places to congregate other than a message board for a developer that you've lost all respect and faith for.

Of course it is... Anytime someone presents you with a logical argument you have no acceptable answer for, you refuse to answer altogether, or pull the Fanboy Card.

The truth is, you don't want to leave, you don't hate Bioware, you haven't lost faith in them, and you're just *****ing because you're butthurt over the game going multiplatform. Yet you're still going to buy ME3, and you'll continue posting here because logically you know that it's no big deal that the game is going multiplatform, and that it won't have any negative effect whatsoever save for the fact that you can no longer use it in an argument that Xbox 360 is better than PS3.

If I'm wrong, then by all means please give a satisfactory answer to why it is that you can't simply collect alternate methods of communication with your friends on the site?
Even a "they don't like me enough to share there e-mail with me" would be a satisfactory answer at this point.
Otherwise, quit fronting. If you truly lost all respect for Bioware, you'd be gone.

Your wrong, but I am done wasting my breath on you. I won't be buying ME3 if the squad is new and our choices don't matter. If ME is not ported over to PS3 and nothing is added to the pS3 so they can make choices in ME2, ME3 is going to suck hard, everyone will get a cameo, emails and what ever.


Also one can lose faith and Bioware and still stay on this site. I talk with friends, you know what friends are I hope? That's the only reason I stay on here and pay attention to DAO news.

That depends on who still holds the rights to the original ME after EA's acquisition of the franchise. The issue is that there is no proof that M$ doesn't still own publishing rights to ME....

You know what? all these haters are gonna buy the game anyways...they may rage and complain and cry but in the end they're going to buy it...may be just to confirm what the believe.I for one don't care about any type of exclusive bull crapola, because in the end we're all gamers and we shouldn't be pushed to have one system or the other as long as that system can run the game.
Blind fanatism towards any system is for me one of the stupidest things I have ever witnessed.
I remember when capcom did this with RE with several Re games exclusive in Gamecube..total crap...I mean we should ALL be able to play any game in any platform...of course that's utopia but it makes more sense than people fighting ove my console is bigger than yours...that is lame.I am a pc gamer but I respect and tolerate Console people.I know also that Pc gathers more adults than consoles and that the factor "kiddies" is more frequent in the console world but I have heard this kind of stupid argument coming from poeple that were not lilttle boys.
Many of the people say the game sucked,which for me is an agressive way of saying something,can't you just say that you personally didn't like it once or twice...not a million times like some do.Talk about constructive criticism.Personally I liked the game, I admit I liked the 1st one more but this game didn't suck,or at least it didn't seem so to me.And let's be honest people, this game was never a full RPG, it was a third person shooter with several RPG trades.
Dragon age is more of an RPG and it plays differently than ME.I just don't understand people sometimes...internet can be a blessing sometimes but it can also be a curse.

So in conclusion,good that the PS3 owners(i am not one)can finally play this game,hopefully they will be able to play the first one someday.
ME2 is not the worst game you just have to accept the reality of franchasie now or as others suggested make your point once or twice,don't buy the 3rd one and stop posting meaningless hate posts crying over spilled milk...in other words move on and you that energy in something more productive!

im not a fanboy whatsoever but i like the fact that xbox and ps3 were competing with each other it gave them a reason to create outstanding games and the fact that xbox just lost another one of its nukes means that the ps3 is on top (they havent given us any of there exclusives and have been getting extra content this past year) and i fear that we might not have triple A titles because that motivation to be the best will now be gone

which means ME3 could suffer from it (i hope not but still just a little worried thats all)

Your a retard, Ps3 is lacking of shooters all they have is MAG and Killzone 2, Ps3 sales for this will possibly be higher for this than on the 360 due to ps3 games being a far more hardcore crowd and not being put off by the words sci fi and RPG

Microsoft wont go against EA, delaying games like FIFA and Madden would hurt Xbox 360 much more than ME1PS3.

I can't believe the incredible amount of overreaction about this news. You think they're going to chuck the entire ME1 game out of the window just because it isn't available on ONE platform? Especially since that platform won't even have the sequel to the first game until WELL into the development of ME3? Gimme a break. After years and years of great games with great characters and stories, you people still want to believe that Bioware is out to screw up their games and screw the people who play them. They deserve more respect that that. Even more, it doesn't make any goddamn sense. They've been working on ME3 for a long time now. It's going to be whatever it was going to be before this announcement was made.

Yes there is, you didn't answer the question at all, you dodged it completely because you don't have a satisfactory answer. 

The truth is, you could easily obtain other means of contacting your friends, and assuming they actually exist or count you as a friend, would have likely already given you such means of alternative contact.

So either you have no real friends here at all and nothing better to do than stay here and complain, or you really haven't lost faith in Bioware and are merely spouting BS out of butthurt, or you're just jumping on the bandwagon and complaining because that's what the cool kids are doing right now.

The window for you to give an adequate response has expired, and I officially deem your credibility as D.O.A.

Firstly, the game had never been exclusive to any one platform.

Secondly, it being ported in no way takes anything from your experience with the game. It was never a game that had been shared with only one particular community (as mentioned in the first point) and can't be described as such. It was neither simply just a 360 game nor was it just a PC game - it was both.

Thirdly (and this will supersede my second point), it doesn't matter if it had been associated with any particular platform. I don't even know where to begin on how ridiculous it is to be proud of something like that.

To expand on my third point, I'd like to talk about what it means to be proud of something. Creating a game that you had poured countless hours into creating so that many like-minded individuals can enjoy is something to be proud of ( I see no harm in them wanting to share their pride with more people). Raising your child, sharing your values, giving them the tools and space to make their own and see the results is something to be proud of. Writing a paper that you'd spent weeks on - pulling all nighters, countless interviews, readings, etc and receiving a well earned grade is something to be proud of.

Looking up on the internet to see what games you prefer, going to Wal Mart and buying a console is rarely something to be proud of - the exception being if you had no money and worked tooth and nail in order to buy it (and even then it's not so much that the pride is attributed to the console itself - it's moreso a symbol). Pride is not generally something we should attribute to console ownership... such thinking is ridiculous and, frankly, immature.

Let the damn people enjoy the game.

and what happens if the PS3 owners can't import choices from ME to ME2? That will damage ME3 and the fans enjoyment, you guys who are complaiing about the complainers are getting it wrong. We don't care that it's coming to the PS3, we care because it might and has a 99% chance to making mE3 a total failure.

That'd be a perfectly legitimate complaint if it were actually grounded. We have no idea how the choices in ME1 will be dealt with in ME2 (PS3). Why are some of us jumping to such radical conclusions? I can understand the worry that many PS3 players will not have the full impression they should have but we simply do not know that to be the case - until then, keep your pants on! More, it will not in any way, I'd wager, affect the 360/PC experience whatsoever. If the PS3 gamers miss some of the things the game presents - you won't!

I don't believe I was misunderstanding (many of) the complainers either - look at Renegade Z (around pg 32) and several others.

They haven't given up any of their titles? Let's journey back:

Tekken
Final Fantasy
Metal Gear Solid

What do these have in common? All of them were Sony exclusive, and are no longer. Not to mention all of them are huge names.
