Platform-exclusive content = more sales because some of the people who already own the game may consider buying it again for said content.

im not a fanboy whatsoever but i like the fact that xbox and ps3 were competing with each other it gave them a reason to create outstanding games and the fact that xbox just lost another one of its nukes means that the ps3 is on top (they havent given us any of there exclusives and have been getting extra content this past year) and i fear that we might not have triple A titles because that motivation to be the best will now be gone

which means ME3 could suffer from it (i hope not but still just a little worried thats all)

explain to me how im a fanboy for sony when i own mass effect 1 & 2 on xbox? im upset because its on ps3 now because it took power away from the xbox and gave more to the ps3 if theres no competition between consles and competition is what kept devs on there toes to create some awesome instead of something mediocre

No, Xbox 360 - only guys would buy the game later (some could even buy PS3) while multiplatform guys would buy on PS3 - no loss for EA, huge loss for Microsoft.
Microsoft is not willing, they are angry, but they wont do anything, because they can not do anything.

Then again I doubt ME1PS3 is possible at this point, the game is 3 years old, and the sequel is coming out early next year. I could see the very shortened version to be part of ME2PS3, but not the full game. There is no real financial gain to port over the whole thing - they could not even ask the full price.

Who'd want to "play" it anyway? The combat part of ME1 is all but broken. In some respects it's just plain ridiculous.

Find a way to catch them up and let them make the big choices. That's all that's needed.

Well let's be honest,whatever you did in the 1st game didn't reaaaaaallly change that much in the 2nd one,except some character being there or being dead but plot wise not that many changes

I don't even want Exclusive Armor or Weapons to happen, on any platform. Everybody should get everything equally.

C) Some people would stay on a message board of a developer they dislike to see how far they really sink, especially if this developer was once good and/or well-respected.
D) Getting the emails for a bunch of people is wildly ineffecient if those people are already established in a single location, IE: this site.

Ok honestly this makes me pretty angry. I don't find myself angry at BioWare..mostly because in my mind EA has more to do with it than they do. Honestly? would any of the Playstion exlusives be brought over to the 360 or the PC?? Not a chance. Mass effect has been, in my mind, the Best 360/PC exclusive ever. So now that's all washed away.

What the hell?¿ Some of the best games ever have been in multiplatforms,in fact there have been amazing games when there were even no consoles around...

If a game  is bad or good it definetely not related to the platform, but to the makers of the game, killzone 2 was great but so was Modern Warfare 1 and it was multiplatform

I mean companies fighting over users and franchises is understandable but people fighting over which console should get which game...lamo!

yes some multiatform games are awesome but havent you seen whats going on lately?
E3 sony dominated
some multiplatform games are gettin exclusive content on the ps3
and microsoft lost alot of excusivs to sony while sony has still have theres (the powerhouses atleast)

but you know what let me stop im just giving myself a headache and im sure nobody wants to hear any of this.
