The original team fortress 2 had six maps, now it has 35, adress me another game of another company with that kind of upgrades.
Man, activision charges you $15 for three maps (or something like that), Valve gives you 29 maps for free, tell me that's not amazing for something your are receiving without extra cost. I think those maps are something that requires far more work that most paid DLC.
And adress me a company that on top of redeeming their mistake, gives you a free game to compensate their faults.
They do not make games because they love their fans, they make games because that gives them money, but that proves you can be a profitable company, earning tons of money and still be thankful to your fans for making you what you are, no tricks, no lies, just an honest relationship with your costumers.
