And Jersey Shore has made it into DA2?
Wow. That seems a bit of a stretch and awfully critical of something as silly as word choice. There's just no pleasing some folks, huh?

Good trailer. Is it wrong that I quite fancy both Hawke and the Qunari?
Also, cheers Saibh for the hi-res screenies x

I agree. I didn't see Male Shepard attractive at all. I can't say the same for the male Hawke.

Did you read the IGN article? Is "fist pump" not recently popularized by Jersey Shore show? I'm simply highlighting the professional author's use of "n00b" "kick-ass" "replaced with more awesome" and "fist pump"
If you skip her attempts at humor, the article provides some very good info.I'm 10x more positive now
- Leveling up has *NOT BEEN DUMBED DOWN*:happy::happy::happy: No "mission rank" screen. True Skill Trees this time around! Exactly what I had asked for (less linear leveling up options)
- Full control of party members!
- Tactical choices in combat remain
- Improved enemy and friendly AI
- now with more Kick Ass Aweome Bad Ass non n00bs! (kidding!)
- Far less Mass Effect than we feared

Shiny trailer, but I'm part of the community who prefers seeing gameplay vids. I found myself squeeing more at the snips of game screens at the background while Laidlaw was speaking.
Yeah, I was happier seeing the shot of Flemeth and Varric as in game models behind Laidlaw and Hawke and Bethany in different armor than the actual trailer
Oh ok, can these pics be found on the internets somewhere?
...
Where did you see this?
The pictures of Flemeth and Varric? They were on the screen behind Mike Laidlaw as he was talking in the conference.

At least he doesn't have a grin that says "get in the van kids, I have candy" like good old Sheploo had.
Not a bad trailer, better than the Sacred Ashes one in my opinion...which accounts for nothing (it's the internet afterall). It was funny to see Hawke get his butt kicked in melee then decide to use magic to win. I wish some of the "hot-dawgin" (weapon twirling, goofy posturing) wasn't in the fight scene but sadly people still don't seem to believe you can have cool fight scene that are also realistic. Hey, it's possible, consult some martial artists next time you make a cutscene! Overall it wasn't too bad though.

What happened to the Qunari in the trailer makes me think about the chicken in the Fable 3 trailer. Though both are different, it's still a brutal way to go.
Guess he had to spilt though, not like he could hang around forever.
