awsome trailer, i didnt recognize grey wardens .. etc it looked like it doesnt follow up the previous DAO ? then again its for march so they probably just not finished yet i'll wait till some actualy storyline and gameplay video's appear to buy. i cant wait ! cuz i loved it i also loved ME2 never bought it tough i prefer DAO

What happened in DA:O will affect DA2, as per the developers. There will be Grey Wardens in DA2 but they will not be in a prominent role this time--it's pretty obvious to me that DA2 is going to be about exploring other aspects of Thedas.

Like when he was walking up the stairs before he puts on the warpaint blood, it shows Lady Hawke instead putting on the bloodpaint (I'll admit it, i'd find that part very HOT. But that is just my taste.) and when she starts to run she becomes Lord Hawke again. Everyone once in awhile there would be gender switching to symbolize that Hawke can either be a man or woman.
But than again, such an action could be lost in translation somehow.....

Well as a Warden your priority is the darkspawn. So seems like you lose the ability to since them, but why would you need to since Qunari and Flemeth seem to be the major enemies. I think this new approach as a basic person and what abilities they can do without becoming a Grey Warden is a nice route to go.

I'm in two minds about it. On one hand , It's dragon age , on the other it's been turned into a Japanesse styled RPG.
Seriously all western influence seems to have gone out of the window and its embraced a Final Fantasy esque look with the one large shoulder pauldron and enormous sword and oh don't forget the emo bangs.....Says nothign for the gameplay, but says a lot for the visual style... Still morrigan did say "change" was coming to the world..... so eh... I liked the trailer, but prefered the sacred ashes one personally..

If this was going to be the next Street Fighter game, that might be a good trailer. Ryu would destroy Hawke(gag) btw. I don't like the trend of going with flashy anime sword fighting...a more realistic approach would be nice.

If there was a gameplay trailer, i would and will refuse to watch it. Im already 100% going to buy the game and im not going to spoil anything for myself.
The CGI trailers are awesome to watch, so if there are more trailers, for DA2 or DA3, i hope theyre CGI. DAO got 2 CGI trailers so im betting DA2 will as well.
