When setting up a new project, not all of the groups show up in the list ... I am trying to make a new project and associate it with a new group, but the Group is not on the list.

Google Chrome is my Browser
Create a New Group
then
Create a New Project and try and select your prior group from the drop list
It doesn't show up for me (in fact, only a subset of my current groups shows up at all)

The group that I am trying to associate is a DA Builder Utilities type group.

That works as designed - only "builder groups" show up in that list (check the category of your group).
