Thanks to these images you'll always know what sort of a response your character will give -- there's an olive branch for peaceful approaches, a comedy mask for witty remarks and a fist pump full of aggressive responses.

I suggest cutting the dialogue and leaving only grunts with the same results in DA3. Seriously-are they making this game for mentally challenged ?

Zooming the camera around instead of a birds eye view might get tedius. As I've said before, sounds like camera in Google earth.

Let me get this straight.

We see the most badass armor shown so far by anything Bioware ever made...only to find out that it belonged to Varric's imagination?

I at least hope someone clarifies whether or not armors of that quality in realism exist in the actual game as well.

Yes, it exists in the game.

Yes but you probably don't get them at the start of the game. I don't see why they'd bother modeling an armor you never even see again.

I'm more worried that armor is going to be rediculously overpowered for whichever class gets the most out of it. Thus resulting in you being required to wear it unless you want to be stubborn and wear weaker armor just for the sake of looking different. I'm looking at you Wade's supior armor of all seasons. <_<

To be honest I kinda hope their is a greater variety of armor in the game in general. I liked a lot of the designs in DAO, but often wished some of the harder to get items at least were more unique looking.

Actually, what you say isn't reassuring at all.

Mike said that it is in the game but,let me present a more sinister point of of view :

If it exists only for the starting chapter, where varric imagined it all,and you played your character while wearing it for that battle alone, wouldn't that count as existing in the game?

Well when he becomes champion of Kirkwall, he'll probably get it. "Ooh the vicar's treasury!" *buys new armor from Old Tegrin.*

You made an epic typo.

But yes. It still exists in the game. Because it is in the game.

It was a double of actually ;p

But yeah,i don't care if it exists in the game or however you want to phrase it,i care about having armor designs like that for my character.

Not like the armors for DA:O that were never presented in game.

I really hope the graphics improve. A modded version of Dragon Age: Origins put those screenshots to shame so hard. :/

This game is sounding more awesome all of the time. I just hope there's news on how the conversation system will work. I hope it's like the system from Origins and not the terribly-underwhelming system from Awakening.

Well, since you have a guy telling the story.......could it all be a lie or over the top? Since your going the way you are with the story, none of it could be true. So who is to say what is real and what is fake?

You're right. It could all be fake.

In fact, the Origins story could all have been a dream, too.

But why would we do that? I wouldn't get too caught up in an existential crisis just yet. ;)

I think the final answer of who lives and who dies might surprise you. Might surprise everyone, in fact.

I'm still hoping for the very surprising answer of "it's up to the player who lives and who dies".

Noooooo.....now I'm gunna have nihlistic thoughts about the uselessness and possible non-existence and thus lack of significance about the fake DA universe.....

I recall seeing a thread by a chap with assbergers. Who said he had trouble discerning whether a response was sarcastic, flirty, threatening ect..

At first I was mad that you could only create Humans and there was no Origin Stories. Than, I realized I only ever choose Humans because Elves and Dwarfs blow, therefore only ever did the Human Noble Origin anyway ;)

I did try the Dwarf Origin and that was actually awesome, tbh. As was the Magi but it doesn't effect the game all that much anyway. DA2 is going rock.

I think your mom is almost guaranteed to die. Moms never fair well in fantasy stories. I'm guessing either Avaline or Wesely won't make it either. If after escaping Lothering your next destination is Kirkwall someone with Templar connections would be the most valuable companion. Having Wesely or his wife along would make sense.

That's it, Hawke dies right? Flemeth then takes his body or resurrect's him and he gains powers!
