Will you equip lore-only weapons on Aveline or will you be willing to equip her with other weapons?

It depends on the stats of the sword and shield. I'd prefer to keep her in the signature arms.

 I would think  you would wana make her a as big of a threat generator and as big of a damage absorber as possible since your a squishy mage.

Yeah, I'm just trying to figure out which mix of abilities of her own web, sword and shield web, battlemaster and defender webs that I think will work.

PayRoo actually posted the comics on Varric Thread as well. Hey, I have a suggestion, why don't you guys start an Aveline DeviantArt group? We (Varric FanClub) could join forces with you plus I know where to find all the gorgeous Aveline fanart ^^

Thats a fantastic idea, but I'll leave that to the real artists here  
The only thing I'm good at is poetry =P

A Day Will Come
                               by Cosmin 



A dwarf and a Guardian sat by the pond one day
The morning sun warming the grass on which they lay.
They stood there quiet, with a question in their mind,
But an answer they could not find.

"Why is it so?" the Guardian asked
"Don't we deserve to be romanced?"
A great time of thinking passed,
And Varric realized the truth at last.

He sat up with a most serious stare
With fire in his eyes and the sun on his chest hair.
Aveline never saw him this way:
Proud as a hunter that captured its prey.

"We are too awesome to be romance-able
And both our characters are incredible.
They wanted to give the other companions a chance,
Because they all would have failed at a glance."

"Take heart, noble Guardian, for our day will come,
Our fans will love us and it will be fun.
The journey is about to begin, so be ready
Your heart with courage and your shield steady."

They both rose to their feet
And then left to get something to eat.
It was up to the fans now, to keep their flame alive,
For in their dedication and love, these characters thrive.
