Lol aveline looks too much like a "female battering ram!" for me to want to romance her. She is very guy-ish in personality...in a different way than Isabela. Since Isabela is definitely guy-ish with all her innapropriate jokes, tons of sex etc...living on ships with a bunch of guys. Aveline is like going to kill you with her man hands though lol. And I think she just sides with Templars because even though she trusts Hawke it's obvious she doesn't trust mages really, many companions just end up kind of accepting each other and no matter that Isabela is a thief, fenris a squatter, anders an apostate...aveline ignores these things bc they are also hawke's friends like she is and deep down she probably loves them all lol. In the end it comes
down to loyalty with aveline, and if you're really friends at act 3 she will be loyal to that friendship no matter what which I think is great.

yeah, I enjoyed her deciding to side with me in the end. I had her approval pretty high by then.

I didn't finished "Questioning Beliefs" from act 2 and it fired in the act 3. You know, the suit scene?

I only remember hearing a couple of comments here and there...

Okay, there was at least 2 when I brought Varric. I couldn't remember. I just checked the wikia. I guess I should have paired her up with Isabela instead.

Didn't took her with me, but it wouldn't suprise me. Just like Izzy she has little to no impact on the DLC story and therefore, sadly, not much to say.

So... with MotA we finally got some new Aveline content. Pretty misterious content to boot!

I'm not really sure what to make of this. Was her father still playing the game, even after he fled Orlais? Was somebody playing in his name? Why is the letter in a revenant bottle? Who is that revenant? For what was he bound? WHo bound him? What is or was his conection to Benoit du Lac? Who is "She of the Red"? The Red Jenny?

So many questions!

I thought "She of the Red" reffered to Aveline, because of her hair color. I liked Aveline's extra quest in MotA. Even though, as you said, it was pretty misterious, it was thoroughly enjoyable. Probably my favorite side quest in that DLC, right next to Isabela's.

And ofc, the banter between Aveline and Isabela during the rescue scene was hillarious.

Don't know the name of the company that made the cake. Very cool. It had a mix of ME, SWtOR, and DA characters.
And nope, not a Falcon. Ebon Hawk, Normandy, and Serenity in that shot.

Aveline doesn't strike me as that sugary. She seems more of a "glazed ham" kind of gal.

She'd exclaim "Maker's Breath, Hawke! Not on my desk!" If she didn't arrest them on the spot, then she'd chase them out with threats of violence.

Were you hoping she'd join in? Aveline isn't the best subject for your letter to Penthouse, buddy.
