Aveline of what we have seen is pretty cool I like the whole warrior girl with the arms of a warrior and not twigs that most warrior women have in games. Kudos to the designer of Aveline

But I wouldn't judge Aveline's LI status just by the size of her fan thread. I don't think her chances are particularly good, but Bioware's made it pretty clear that the forum-goers aren't the only people they cater to. If she does have a romance in-game, however, I have a feeling it will be one of the most emotionally mature ones in a Bioware game to date, and that in itself would make me want to give it a try, red hair and strong features aside.

I would not be surprised if Aveline is a possible LI, but I think it would take years to get there. She's not going to roll from losing her husband to hopping into bed with Hawke. Considering this it would not be a surprise if she's not a LI. Though given the focus on the development over years, I wouldn't be surprised if it did occur either, simply much later on.

she'll have more pages just wait or add too she is a great character and wait for her vo the welish must sound pretty good, then she will have more fans. As for Aveline I say she is great to and wonder why their isn't more very appealing warrior type.

My my, what a beautiful morning. I can see that the population has grown here, which makes me a happy panda inside  
Now I will have to agree, that things are not looking very positive regarding Aveline beeing a LI. The same thing was happening when people were talking about Tali during the ME2 development. During that time, even mr. Priestly would apear and shatter a few dreams  

But I still have my hopes up and I trust in BioWare, up until the point a dev comes here and tells me otherwise

Until such a time, the growing number of pages, and people who drop by to leave a nice reply, shows BioWare our fascination of Aveline and our wish that she and Hawke get passed Wesley's death together

Ok, I got a question:  What kind of theme song would you want for a nice tender moment between Aveline and Hawke?

Although I seem to recall reading that Inon and Aubrey will return, I would wish for something like
Mark Griskey - Reunion  (but only from 0:00 - 2:00)

Same here. The 'jump in right away' thing is already taken by Isabela (which can become something more of course), and the story requires a noble, good, 'true love that develops over time' situation as well. We all know who we're rooting for in that category

aveline has the potential to be the best LI, since liara and jack in mass effect come on shes the bastila of dragon age please bioware i dont care if i take 10 years she is wife material she has the looks, character and overall awesomeness

It would be nice for her to be bi...but honestly Bioware I'll take what I can get...I have never felt such desperation about what I want from a companion before. I'll love the game regardless...I just might be a sad panda while I do it.

aveline's voice sounded a lot softer than what i would have imagined, i was pleasantly surprised.
