Swiftrunner, perhaps my most hated character in DA.  Loud, mouthy, and earns his name by running away twice before you even get into the ruins after you have boxed his ears.

While I can see him asking Hawke to take care of her that is what I think Aveline would be really thinking, even if she didn't say it.  Aveline can take care of herself.

I'm going to have Aveline put Wesley out of his misery, if only because if I were in that situation, I wouldn't want someone who was practically a stranger to do it for me. D:

I don't know yet myself I think whatever time we get to know the two beforehand in the game will cement my choice. Right now I'm leading towards having Hawke do it. But then again most of my PC's prefer to shoulder the hard decisions themselves and try to spare people pain. Hawke wouldn't want to Aveline to blame herself for killing Wesley even if she didn't have a choice, better for Hawke to get the blame, undeserved as it may be.

I can't see it being an issue at first, but going from my loose, loose (emphasis on loose) understanding of psychology, it seems kind of like she might misplace some of the blame for Wesley's death on Hawke, which would be an interesting scenario to see play out.

technically speaking, her chin is big(ger) but that was just an awkward
comment to make. It came off as if a five year old said it.

Her chin is indeed bigger, as is Lady Hawke's which does not make any of them less hawt (I'd romance myself in my Lady Hawke game if I could lol) and I think someone just failed at trolling xD

I'll first observe Aveline's personality, then decide either to kill Wesley myself or have Aveline do it.
And if we have the opportunity to be a jerk to Wesley before he dies, I'll be the biggest jerk ever
e.g:
Wesley: Please... take care of her.
Hawke: Ok, I'll take care of her "needs".
Wesley: Damn yo... *dies*
Me: lol

Now... They say Aveline's father is an exiled chevalier. What reason can make a chevalier, which is la crème de la crème in Orlais and have even the right to rape any woman they fancy, to be exiled? Just seems weird to me. Maybe he didn't behave like a jerk or refused to take part in politics... Or maybe he didn't hand Aveline over to a jerk chevalier?
And also, how do you think Wesley and Aveline met?

And that's about all I know about her, apart from her having a templar husband.

Back on topic: I think Aveline's quote came from losing her mother (in case she died or w/e) , her father being exiled or most probably, Wussley's death.
Or not romancing Hawke and regretting it
