Same here, a great character in my oppinion. Although I must confess that Ser Pounce-a-lot steals the show for me
Without that cat, Anders doesn't have the same appeal. I wonder how Aveline will react to his jokes. More so, would she kill the cat?

I haven't posted in here in a while, but, um, Aveline and Anders. In my party. Forever. We've already heard that Aveline starts off slightly... suspicious? (going on hearsay here) towards Bethany, so I'd be interested to hear what she has to say about Anders' predicament. I like to think the banter is going to be amazing.

I'm still thinking about it. The banter with Anders and the cat would be amusing. Even with Isabela for that matter. Grrr, so hard to decide. But that's why multiple playthroughs exist

This is a bit off-topic (I think) but here Isabela looks younger than Hawke (who at the same time looks older than Aveline) so I guess she's on her early 20's, Aveline in her mid-late 20's and Hawke in his late 20's-early 30's?

That's what Mr. Laidlaw said, I think, during an interview. Their age is focuesd around their later 20s and early 30s, that way the facial change from age won't be a necessary issue. 

They all look great in my oppinion. Even beard Hawke =P
I don't need to mention Aveline

I also love the fact that they changed the 'leaf' for a set of wings and a halo on the good guy choices.

Edit: Very nice, very nice.
The first half was very heart warming and there are a lot of factors I would asociate with Aveline herself. You brought up some interesting characteristics and I think we will see one or two of them within the game itself. As for the second half, it's a good and mature representation of what might happen when the lights go out
Of course, I like to consider that part beyond Varric's reach, if you know what I mean

I really hope Aveline's a LI. Merrill is cool, but neither her or isabella is what I have in my mind for my main playthrough.

The article later shows a screenshot of Aveline kicking ass with a sword/shield.

First female warrior companion that (probably) doesn't die early! She's gonna be in my party all the time!

I guess we know  where the idea of Aveline came from

Still I am happy to see we finally have a stable Female Warrior companion. Mhairi felt like a low blow for me soo I hope Aveline will erase the rust in my heart

God knows the devs don't need any ideas...they probably pitch stuff like that around the writers pit for s***s and giggles.
