Clearly this person wants to have bards and minstrels sing songs in the trailers and what not. Seriously? the music in the trailer is perfect. they needed music to go along with a totally bad a@@ introduction to Hawke and it worked perfectly. Now in game music is a different story.

I think it's more of a metal, maybe power metal song actually.

(as in power metal I don't mean DragonForce, but more mortal and more fantasy-ish sounding ones)

I agree completely. I hated the rock music in DA:O: You've just completed the game. You (or me, atleast) get a great feeling of greatness. Then all of a sudden rock music starts playing. It kills the mood instantly.

Please Bioware, do what you did in ME2 and don't include any rock music, anywhere. If you do it like ME1 then it's fine, M4 Part II was pretty damn good. But I would still vastly prefer an orchestral soundtrack without any damn guitars...

I thought the trailer music was pretty good, though I hope that's not what the game music sounds like. Then again, I would probably be happy with any composer aside from Inon Zur. (Weak corded synthesized music bugs me)

i rlly liked the part where the hero started walking and the title name pops up, like the last 10 seconds or so they where epic! i would like to have the music CD i guess

In general for the music I would love to see more vocal tracks. As well as just general diversity. I am also not that time-period specific, if a more modern sound fits the feel of some scenes then I say go right ahead with it.

DA:O's music was nice, but it would be nice to hear something a bit more gritty, a bit more aggressive in DA2...something like the music in 300 (maybe not quite as grungy), perhaps continue on the theme of the Destiny trailer? That would be awesome!

I Hope DA2 have more Orchestral Tracks, The Music for Inon Zur is Great, but ich thinks the score from Da 2 is a little bit better^^

You have to keep in mind the people crying about that are the same anal nutters who think a fantasy game with elves, dwaves, guys with antlers and magic fireballs should be grounded in 100% reality, and by reality i mean their local ren-fest they practicly live in

Best not to trouble yourself about it, it'd make you depressed, just enjoy your kick ass trailer music
